Ki Tokubetsu Junmai Soumei
I love the basic, standard Ki!
It's a sake that has a ricey feel but is still refreshing and easy to drink, something we haven't had recently.
It's even better when it's warmed up....

Well, well, well... this is a cold sake.
It is refreshing to drink, with a slight bitter sourness, while maintaining the ricey and refreshing taste of Ki.
This sake is good with a lot of snacks.
We ordered raw oysters, conger eel, and boiled conger eel...! There are shinko!
My wallet is getting too drafty and I'm sweating cold sweat while drinking moderately tasty sake... I wonder if beer would be cheaper... lol!
