Etchu Himi Akebono Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu.
From the other side of the world, drunken people can only donate money and drink sake.
It's only an unfiltered, unfiltered, unadulterated sake, so it's got a lot of acidity and astringency.
It has a oaky, oaky flavor...or maybe this is a ginjo aroma?
It has a faint scent of wood....
