It's time to explore other places...but it's hard to find a comfortable place to eat. The first sake of the day! Etchu Himi Akebono Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-shu. From the other side of the world, drunken people can only donate money and drink sake. It's only an unfiltered, unfiltered, unadulterated sake, so it's got a lot of acidity and astringency. It has a oaky, oaky flavor...or maybe this is a ginjo aroma? It has a faint scent of wood.... There is no peculiarity...but there is a sourness and astringency, so it may be different for different tastes. For the time being, I will have it with three kinds of shellfish in olive oil.
