@Tenma Much more Oden! First of all, the label is cool and pretty 🫶. It smells and tastes like pineapple and is refreshingly sweet. If it were carbonated, you might not even know it's a pineapple sour. Very easy to drink! I know some people say they don't like it, but I love it!

I didn't know Sawanoi was a Tokyo sake! This is also at SAKE NERD in Namba. There was a menu item called "Ma-po Eggplant Tempura" and when I asked the waitress what to drink with it, she chose this one! The waitress chose this to go with the fried eggplant tempura, and it did not interfere with the rich taste of the fried food, but at the same time it refreshed my palate. It does a great job! The price was reasonable and I quite like it!

At Sake Nerd in Namba, Tokyo I've found the sake I've always wanted to find! Delicious right in the middle of the main road! Went well with the duck tataki! I want to go to Tohoku for sake!

Sake made entirely in France with ingredients from France 🇫🇷. I was curious about it at Seijo Ishii and bought it for New Year's. I thought it would be like wine from the reviews, but it was more like sake than I expected. I thought it would be like wine from the reviews, but it was more like sake than I expected. It is half sake and half white. The aroma of sake is faint on the nose, but when you drink it, it has a wine-like flavor, which is strange. And it's a pure rice sake. Strange! Immediately after opening the bottle, you can feel the freshness of white wine, but as it comes into contact with the air, it gradually becomes a normal sake. The taste as a sake is like a one-cup type (is it called Junmai Ginjo?). If you are expecting a fruity sake like Hachisen or Kaze no Mori, you may be disappointed! It has a lot of buzz, but to be honest, I only liked the first sip.

Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo drinking challenge 🍶. Two of us went and both of us missed it and lost all confidence. I thought the nama sake had a stronger flavor (more aroma, more acidity, etc.) but the nama sake seemed more mellow! I still need more training!

At Masuya Sake Shop (Kyoto) Fresh aroma and fruity! As popular as it is! Not too sweet! This store has 4 different types of sake, so even beginners could enjoy drinking and comparing the different tastes! Sawaya-Matsumoto is a fresh sake! I wonder if most of the sakes popular among women are sake types.

At Masuya Sake Shop (Kyoto) I am a big dog lover, so I was curious about the label and drank it. It tastes just like a regular one-cup cup 😂. But I heard that a few percent of the proceeds from drinking it will be used for dog and cat protection activities, so it's all good!

The Hakusen we drank at the sakespu was fruity, smooth, easy to drink, and delicious.... I remember drinking either the pink label or the nouveau...maybe the oriki gara-mi...(drunk with half a memory). I remember thinking, "This is the sake that girls like! The pink label is really as refreshing as fruit juice! The Nouveau was more crisp and less sweet than the Pink Label, but I liked it better. Next time I find Hakusen, I will definitely drink it!

At sake spring @Miyakomesse I had a strong image of Gekkeikan as a one-cup sake from convenience stores, and I didn't have a good image of it, but this tasting completely changed my mind. It was easier to drink with a clean aftertaste than any other sake I had at the SAKESP! It's very fruity and there is no resistance to alcohol in the throat, so even people who don't like the feeling of sake after swallowing can drink it! I want to drink it again!

At Sakesp! I was already very drunk, and I don't remember much because I had to rush to the bar about 15 minutes before the closing time. But it was delicious!

I saw it on imadeya online and wanted to try it. I didn't open it on the first day, but there were so many people who wanted to drink it that they opened it on the second day 🤣. They started from scratch at the sake brewery to make the wood for the barrels, and they also grow the rice! First of all, the etiquette is cute. It was apparently drawn by his daughter and looks very stylish against the black bottle! From the stylish appearance, one would expect a fruity taste, but on the contrary, it tastes like a robust sake! You can feel the umami and richness of the rice. Above all, it was a very pleasant sake to drink, as you could clearly feel the thought that went into the making of this single sake.

This one, my favorite! This sake is made from a blend of 23 out of 36 varieties of rice grown in Shiga Prefecture. They said their goal is to one day make a sake with all 36 varieties. I had never heard of this sake, but it sounded interesting, so I ordered it. The first sip was sweet and fruity. I drank it at a sushi restaurant, but I think I prefer it with fried food rather than sushi. As I continue to drink it, the fruity flavor is like cacao beans! It's a wonder that it's cacao that escapes into the nose, even though it's so light! Perhaps it is because it is a blend of various types of rice, but it was a very enjoyable sake with a variety of impressions.
