ちゃこAt a bar in Yuda Onsen
I had never heard of Kinjaku, but it's really good!
I was wondering which one to choose from the menu, and they told me that "Kinjaku is not often available, so you should definitely try it"!
This sake is also from Yamaguchi, and I am sure that local liquor stores carry Otters, Toyo Bijin, Ganki, etc., but I couldn't find Kinjaku anywhere!
And it was the first time I had heard of this sake myself!
The sake is not so strong, perhaps sweet or fruity, but it is not at all dull and cuts through easily.
It's not too light, but it has a certain richness to it.
I'd like to try it again if I see it again! I had a great encounter in Yamaguchi!

マコスケChako, you seem to have fallen into the swamp of Kinjaku.
I want to drink but can't find it. (lol)
ちゃこAsked about seasonal recommendations.
I don't remember the details, but I think it was easier to drink and tastier than the 300ml cold sake Nagato Gorge that I had at the first restaurant.
ちゃこYamaguchi's local sake from Yuda Onsen
I like Ganki when I think of Yamaguchi, and didn't know much about the others (I don't drink Ottersai because it has a mass-produced feel to it), but there were many delicious sakes!
This Gokyoku was refreshing and perfect for eating!
The hot fried tofu we had together was the best!
ちゃこI drank it because I wanted to conquer Ibaraki.
But it was better than I expected.
Fruity, easy to drink, but a little too much sweetness for my taste.
ちゃこThe color of the label matches the color of the drink, cute 🙏🏻🤍.
Easy to drink! Slight sweetness
Pear-like sweetness
Slightly (really slightly) petit
ちゃこDry and refreshing! Sake meter value +10
I thought it would be nice to have a dry sake with no assertiveness to go with snacks.
Delicious, but not too unique, so it's good as a food sake.
ちゃこ@Tenma Much more Oden!
First of all, the label is cool and pretty 🫶.
It smells and tastes like pineapple and is refreshingly sweet.
If it were carbonated, you might not even know it's a pineapple sour.
Very easy to drink!
I know some people say they don't like it, but I love it!
ちゃこI didn't know Sawanoi was a Tokyo sake!
This is also at SAKE NERD in Namba.
There was a menu item called "Ma-po Eggplant Tempura" and when I asked the waitress what to drink with it, she chose this one!
The waitress chose this to go with the fried eggplant tempura, and it did not interfere with the rich taste of the fried food, but at the same time it refreshed my palate. It does a great job!
The price was reasonable and I quite like it!
ちゃこAt Sake Nerd in Namba, Tokyo
I've found the sake I've always wanted to find!
Delicious right in the middle of the main road!
Went well with the duck tataki!
I want to go to Tohoku for sake!
