This will be a comment from an amateur sake lover. I paired it with sake because I got some delicious fish. It is a dangerous sake that goes down smoothly and smoothly. lol It is an unfiltered raw sake, so it is a little strong, but the umami flavor prevails. I think it is well-balanced and wonderful. At Nessun Dorma. I heard this sake is very popular. It is indeed delicious. It has a strong alcohol taste. 100% Hidahomare from Hida, Gifu Prefecture, 45% polished rice, 17% alcohol by volume.
