I chose it based on the feeling of the name and was put off by the nigori, but it tasted even better than it looked!
It's light and refreshing, and the aftertaste cuts through quickly, so you can't help but drink it in large gulps!
It also goes well with food!
Purchased at a convenience store in Gero Onsen
I bought it at random from a convenience store, so I didn't mind if it was bad at all, but it was surprisingly tasty!
Although it has an alcoholic taste, it's not too strong and you can drink it easily.
While looking for souvenirs at Hakata Station, I noticed a liquor store in the souvenir zone and headed there.
Hana no Dew, a limited edition sake from Sumiyoshi Shu Hanbai at Hakata Station.
The lady who called me in was nice and I ended up buying it. I bought it by the packet!
Easy to drink and a good sake for beginners!
If it costs around 1,500-2,000 yen and has this balance, it must be cosmetically good!
But on the other hand, it may be neither too good nor too bad.
It's good as a food sake, but it doesn't have much identity as a sake.
Unagi Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard with eel)
After tasting this ankake, you will feel the unpleasant alcohol taste and only the taste of sake will spread!
Sake Pairing Omise @ Namba
Hamo (conger eel), sea urchin, and itouri (melon) in a julienne-like sauce
It goes well with the dashi julée of itouri - refreshing!
Sushi pairing🍣.
I thought Otter tasted like mass-produced, low-cost alcohol (prejudice).
Fully unpolished okomame sparkling, yummy! Goes great with sushi too!
At a sake shop in Okage Yokocho. We compared Jikin, Saku, and Hachibei sake!
The Saku was easier to drink, but I liked the Jikin the best.
Both are easy to drink, and my friend seems to be a Saku drinker, so I guess it's a matter of taste.
