At Sakesp!
I was already very drunk, and I don't remember much because I had to rush to the bar about 15 minutes before the closing time.
But it was delicious!
I saw it on imadeya online and wanted to try it.
I didn't open it on the first day, but there were so many people who wanted to drink it that they opened it on the second day 🤣.
They started from scratch at the sake brewery to make the wood for the barrels, and they also grow the rice!
First of all, the etiquette is cute. It was apparently drawn by his daughter and looks very stylish against the black bottle!
From the stylish appearance, one would expect a fruity taste, but on the contrary, it tastes like a robust sake! You can feel the umami and richness of the rice.
Above all, it was a very pleasant sake to drink, as you could clearly feel the thought that went into the making of this single sake.
This one, my favorite!
This sake is made from a blend of 23 out of 36 varieties of rice grown in Shiga Prefecture. They said their goal is to one day make a sake with all 36 varieties.
I had never heard of this sake, but it sounded interesting, so I ordered it.
The first sip was sweet and fruity. I drank it at a sushi restaurant, but I think I prefer it with fried food rather than sushi.
As I continue to drink it, the fruity flavor is like cacao beans! It's a wonder that it's cacao that escapes into the nose, even though it's so light!
Perhaps it is because it is a blend of various types of rice, but it was a very enjoyable sake with a variety of impressions.
I chose it based on the feeling of the name and was put off by the nigori, but it tasted even better than it looked!
It's light and refreshing, and the aftertaste cuts through quickly, so you can't help but drink it in large gulps!
It also goes well with food!
Purchased at a convenience store in Gero Onsen
I bought it at random from a convenience store, so I didn't mind if it was bad at all, but it was surprisingly tasty!
Although it has an alcoholic taste, it's not too strong and you can drink it easily.
While looking for souvenirs at Hakata Station, I noticed a liquor store in the souvenir zone and headed there.
Hana no Dew, a limited edition sake from Sumiyoshi Shu Hanbai at Hakata Station.
The lady who called me in was nice and I ended up buying it. I bought it by the packet!
Easy to drink and a good sake for beginners!
If it costs around 1,500-2,000 yen and has this balance, it must be cosmetically good!
But on the other hand, it may be neither too good nor too bad.
It's good as a food sake, but it doesn't have much identity as a sake.
Unagi Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard with eel)
After tasting this ankake, you will feel the unpleasant alcohol taste and only the taste of sake will spread!
Sake Pairing Omise @ Namba
Hamo (conger eel), sea urchin, and itouri (melon) in a julienne-like sauce
It goes well with the dashi julée of itouri - refreshing!
Sushi pairing🍣.
I thought Otter tasted like mass-produced, low-cost alcohol (prejudice).
Fully unpolished okomame sparkling, yummy! Goes great with sushi too!
