nettle (Urtica thunbergiana) My first Koshinokagetora! This is a cup of sake...? The flavor and sharpness of the sake is so good that you would think it was a cup of sake. It is a very elegant and smooth sake with a nice zanshin finish. You can enjoy it cold or warmed 💫. I'm not sure how to describe it. For the fried chicken, I made this recipe from Rate Wada's recipe 🐤 Sake degree: +6 ■Acidity: 1.3

Kanchan. Please excuse my comment. You went for a good one with Keitora no Ryu ❗️. I imagine it has a soft mouthfeel with a good flavor and sharpness. It also looks very tasty fried👍.

Thank you Hilacho 😊I had this for the first time and it was so good and I was amazed at how cosy it was ✨If I come across it again I will be buying it 😎I haven't had fried chicken in a long time but it worked well and I will be making it again this summer 😋.
