They don't have Shizuoka sake here. So I had a drink there.
There is my favorite sake from Aizu. I have to say, nothing beats the crystal clear water of Aizu!
Super light and dry. The sharp bitterness is nice!
I'm eating tuna sashimi and beef hormone, so I was right in choosing this one. (^o^)Tour of castles in Shizuoka Prefecture. (*^^*) Samurai used to love sake, then the local sake must be delicious.
So we had a glass of sake there.
But the store has a bottle of Jishin at a reasonable price. I had to stop by for a while!
It's delicious. Well balanced. Mie-no-Mizu has a nice, calm taste. Not too sweet, with just the right amount of acidity and bitterness, and just the right amount of aroma.
