It was sold at NewDays in Sendai, and I didn't expect that much, but when I tried it, it was quite tasty. It has a nice flavor and sweetness to it. It is a cheap sake, but it is a hit.

The aroma is thin and the flavor is low. It has a sake-like character, but it seems to be in the same position as Onikoroshi. There may be a demand for it, but I did not like it.

Clear on the palate There is no sense of junmai ginjo because there is no aftertaste at all. Not sure if this is because it is an aroma bottle or a characteristic of the brand.

I had it with dumplings, but they didn't go together very well... Classic sake. It would be better to drink it with something refreshing. I didn't like it much.

Dark aroma and taste. The sensation is appropriate for the intensity of Yamahai Junmai. The stronger the aroma, the less intense the taste may be.
