We changed riverbanks and went to our main restaurant. And ikaninjin again at tsukidashi🤭The customer service and the atmosphere inside are good, and it looks like it is crowded with local customers. Best of all, the prices of the drinks are more reasonable than before. 👍️ The second sake was a clean, dry sake similar in style to Yuzu. This one has more of a lingering umami taste in the mouth. Last night was a New Year's party with a couple I met last year. We had dinner at a nice restaurant and then went to Kokubuncho. After the fourth bar, I finally had a chance to drink sake. I have known the owner of this sake bar on the outskirts of the city for about 25 years now. The lighting doesn't look like it's the kind of place you'd enjoy sake, but don't worry about that. The selection is quite good, so go for something you've never tried before. First up is Hiryu, the one with Tatsumi Fujinami's red towel. A dry sake with a refreshing yet tasty flavor, just like Mr. Shinzawa! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Three staggering drunks strolling to the next restaurant🐾🐈🐾 We drank only our favorites at the first restaurant, so the second one was Aomori sake (๑🍶๑🍶🍶´-) Yum! Fruity! I decided to go to ❣️ because I had never had it before and because of the words "fruity". Exactly! Aomori means scallops 🥰. This is the first time I actually ate them there 🎶. The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with a little acidity, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness and a little alcohol spiciness. Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake. This is the last Maikaze series for this year. It's been quite a while, but we'll be having "Mt. Haruna" for the last time! When the bottle is opened and poured, it has a relaxing sweet aroma. It has a peachy aroma. It also has a slightly banana-like flavor. The palate is smooth, as is typical of Gunma sake, with a slight sweetness that is typical of "Maifu" and a nice astringent taste that plays an active role in the background! The astringency also gives it a mineral taste, which I personally feel is similar to the "Tenpyo Junmai" that I drank before👍. In the latter half, the astringency becomes the main taste, which reminds me of grapefruit. It melts away at the end, so it goes down smoothly! I've enjoyed many Maikaze series this year, including "Akagisan"✨I'm looking forward to next year!

The 6th go-around house is Saba in Komasen from Shichinohe town in Aomori: 🐟️ I guess the only people who would recognize Sakuta or Shichiriki no Kura would be locals or Aomori otaku🤓 lol. President Morita was here. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you take a sip, it has a light sweetness and a moderate umami flavor, and it finishes with a refreshing crispness. It was the perfect sake for the pickled sesame mackerel that came with the entrée.
