6/10 Domaine Akishika. It is said to be a sake made from Omachi produced in a rice field called Kamimura-Omachi. And they say it is aged, so the price is quite expensive. It had a robust flavor and mellow taste. The bitterness that comes in the latter half of the sake was also enjoyable. I had no idea that such a sake was available here.

Takatsugawa is an everyday sake from Shimane's Fusozuru. Full-bodied and full of flavor when cold. Warmed up, it is a warm and mild sake. It goes well with solid everyday dishes and can also be drunk with oshiruko (soup stock). It is a soft, matured sake with a low price, and I love its mellow, umami taste.

Suddenly my tooth was not feeling well and I had to go to the dentist in a hurry. This time there was no anesthesia and no pain, so I went to an event at the Hanshin Department Store that was being held. I bought my favorite Japanese sweets at the event and drank sake to go with them. The wagashi I chose was an easy-to-eat warabimochi. The kinako (soybean flour) was done to a strong flavor and was not too sweet. I had the sake I chose heated. The sake is aged for 2 to 3 years before being bottled at the best drinking time, so the hot sake had a delicious flavor that enhanced the caramel and nutty taste. When I saw the aged color, I thought it wouldn't go well with warabimochi (rice cakes), but it went well with kinako (soybean flour) and was delicious.

This is my first time drinking Etsukaijin. As the label clearly states. Sake degree +10 degrees, alcohol level is around 18 degrees. It has a thick and rich taste. It is well-balanced with a touch of sharpness. It is a brand that I would like to follow for a while. In order to conquer the whole country This is one of the bottles that I chose while hesitating in Kagawa prefecture which was empty. If I hadn't been working at Sake no Wa I'm sure I would never have drunk it. I really appreciate it.

It is delicious. When I read Shinzo, it was Kagura. I bought it at Shimada Sake Shop because I thought the typeface of Shinzo was cool. As it says, "the corners are removed and the sake becomes rounded." It is delicious!

I was deleting photos and found an unposted one. I'll register this brand because I don't drink much. I was attracted to this sake because it is "limited to restaurants". Home drinking. 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Shiga Prefecture The color is slightly whitish. The mouthfeel is clean and mild. The taste is sweet like green apple. The acidity is blended with sweet and sour. Is it sweet? Is it sweet? But then the sourness appears and has a big impact 🤩. The aftertaste has the umami of the rice, which is even more pronounced when combined with the acidity. I felt that the hint of aroma also penetrated through. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it with vegetables Rice used, Miyamanishiki Yeast, Kyokai 701 Alcohol 13%. Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.
