At room temperature. The aroma is definitely fruity, like banana. I don't like sake with a strong aroma, but I like this one a lot. The package is cute and I recommend it as a gift.

It is thick. When you put it in your mouth, it is easy to drink with little aroma, but as it goes down your throat, the sake-like aroma and the heat peculiar to alcohol appear.
Since it has a strong sake flavor, I was able to drink quite a bit from a cup full of sake.
I didn't like the aftertaste, so I drank it with mandarin orange sake.
