At the Ibaraki Local Sake Bar. Umeshu on the rocks.
It is very easy to drink because it is sake-based. It is sweet with little sourness from the ume. However, the aroma and aftertaste are refreshing, perhaps due to the thinness of the single item. It is a good product that can be enjoyed on its own.
My favorite plum wine is Rokkasen, but it was a wonderful day when I found a good plum wine after a long time.

Fruity aroma similar to Koikawa. It is very sweet and has no aftertaste of alcohol, so it is especially recommended for those who do not like sake. It can be enjoyed like a dessert to finish off the meal.
Tastes sharp and easy to drink. It tastes like water.
It has no aroma in a good sense, and is so clear that you can enjoy it without putting off the good aroma of shiitake mushrooms.
Fruits and Junmai Dry Harakiri Harakiri Koigawa] Summer Sake
Bought by mail order.
At room temperature. The aroma is definitely fruity, like banana. I don't like sake with a strong aroma, but I like this one a lot. The package is cute and I recommend it as a gift.
