9.2 The top aroma is pineapple sweet. The texture is slightly thick. In the mouth, the mellow sweetness and gorgeous pineapple aroma spreads, just like pineapple candy. After that, a small amount of acidity and a medium level of bitterness and astringency follow and finish it off. It is a bottle with a high degree of perfection. It is similar to the Tasake's Sake Komachi that I drank before. Personally, I don't like sakes that are sharp with bitterness, so I gave it a low score.

8.5 The top aroma is loud. Fruity, intense aroma of pineapple and apples. The texture is slightly thick. In the mouth, the original sweetness and umami of rice spreads softly. At the same time, a slight acidity and a strong bitterness spreads and finishes without losing its edge. As the label suggests, it has a gentle, classic flavor. However, the aroma is also subtle enough to be heated. Not my personal favorite.

9.4 The top aroma is discreetly rummy. The texture is slightly thickened. In the mouth, the aroma of rice-derived sweetness, rumney, lychee, and peach spreads gradually. After that, a pleasant sourness and bitterness spreads and finishes. The sweetness and umami are moderate, and the taste is a bit perishable. Perhaps because of this, the taste is unexpectedly bland.

9.3 The nose is modest, with a slight fruity aroma like that of white wine and a hint of astringent acidity. Slightly fruity aroma like white wine with a hint of astringent acidity. The texture is slightly thickened. In the mouth, there is a slight sense of acidity and rice-like umami. After that, one senses alcohol, white wine-like astringency, acidity, and bitterness, followed by a persistent white wine-like bitterness. It is exactly a white wine. It is really a white wine. This is amazing.

9.8 The top aroma is sweet and juicy muscat. The texture is slightly thickened. In the mouth, it explodes in the order of rich sweetness and umami. The acidity, bitterness, and alcohol taste follow this in a well-balanced and light manner. The sweetness and umami lasts until the end, but the bitter alcohol acidity that comes in the middle decrescendos the sweetness and umami, leaving a lingering, mild aftertaste. This is delicious. It is best when drunk slowly on its own. But it also has a sense of balance, so it can be served with food as well.

9.6 Aroma: round and sweet, like candy or honey Slightly thick texture. When it enters the mouth, it warms up like water and spreads an elegant sweetness like Wasanbon. Slight acidity is also felt. The finish fades out with a slight alcohol and astringency. It tastes like Pocari Sweat with wasanbon flavor, and it is so delicious that you can drink it indefinitely. However, it is a very drinkable and disappears in an instant, and considering the price, it may not be cosmetically appealing. The taste is good. Also, after opening the bottle, it has a gaseous feeling. It may be similar to the low alcohol series of Kaze no Mori.

9.5 The top aroma is sweet, sour and cool, like strawberries. Medium texture. In the mouth, it has a rich sweetness and melon-like blue fruity and juicy aroma. The finish is slightly acidic with a hint of nigori-derived dryness (weak). It is quite sweet and juicy with a hint of nigori. But the dryness of nigori really does a good job, and it has a sweet sake feel to it as well. It is best to let the sweetness develop at room temperature and enjoy it slowly on its own.

9.4 Fresh aroma like fresh red fruits (strawberries and berries) on the nose. The texture is slightly thick. In the mouth, the rich sweetness and sweet and sour fruit-like aroma spreads slowly. After that, a slightly strong bitterness and acidity spreads and finishes the whole taste. A perfect balance of rich sweetness, aroma, bitterness, and acidity. Personally, I do not like sake with bitterness, so the score is a little low.

9.6 The top aroma is a strange yogurt-like aroma with a strong milkiness. The texture is slightly thickened. In the mouth, a rich sweetness spreads, followed by a slight bitterness and sourness. The flavor is like sweet yogurt and orange peel. In the end, sweetness, acidity, and a pleasant sake alcohol taste remain. To sum it up simply, it is a yoghurt sake. It is a rich but refreshing yogurt sake. It is an interesting sake with a very different taste.

9.2 Strong pineapple and slight lactic acidity, with a gorgeous label-like top note. The texture is smooth and smooth, and the palate is filled with a thick, mellow sweetness that spreads with a slight bitterness. The bitterness then builds to a crescendo and finally finishes in inverse proportion to the bitterness. Overall, the wine is well-balanced, gorgeous, and highly finished, but I personally prefer it without bitterness. It is like a Kameizumi cel that has been balanced by adding bitterness and complexity.

9.7 The top nose has a gentle sweet lactic acid aroma and a slight muscatelike aroma. The texture is slightly thick and fizzy. It has a strong but rounded sweetness, muscat and lychee-like aroma, and a strong but rounded rice flavor. The bitterness and umami, which seem to come from nigori, appear in the back end, and it finishes crisply. It is quite tasty. Compared to the usual sansho, the volume of the flavor and the bitterness and sharpness of the aftertaste are distinctive.

9.9 Shipped in June, 2013 The top aroma is lactic acid sour and slightly sulfuric with a strange scent (wooden vat aroma?). The texture is silky and smooth. In the mouth, medium acidity, umami, and natural sweetness spread. After that, a slight bitterness appears, and while the acidity is the most persistent, the whole wine is very smooth. It is just like a grapefruit. Sorry to say this, but it's like a superior version of Senkou Beetle!

9.8 The top aroma is strong white grape. The aroma is like white grape juice. The texture is silky and smooth. In the mouth, it has a gassy, juicy sweetness and aroma like biting into a white grape, and the sweetness and flavor from nigori spread at the same time. The dryness typical of nigori sake is revealed at the end, and it finishes with a sharp finish. A pleasant astringency and bitterness, which is typical of nigori sake, remain on the palate. The aroma is green like that of Masamune Instrument, and the taste is similar to that of Mimuro Sugihana-Kyun, which is very tasty. It is very tasty, and the fact that it tastes like nothing else is a high point.

9.8 Juicy, sweet muscat and lychee aromas on the nose. The texture is thick and rich, with a rich sweetness and juicy white grape and red grape combined aroma that slowly spreads in the mouth. The natural acidity of the fruit coexists behind the sweetness, and the aftertaste fades away pleasantly.

9.6 The top aroma is of skimpy lychee and muscat. The texture is medium to smooth. On the palate, a simple sweetness and discreet muscat aroma spreads. Soft acidity also follows. There are few off-flavors, and the taste disappears gently. It is easy to drink. Personally, I felt the taste is similar to that of the local products.

9.5 The nose is of ripe melon and lactic acidity, with a slight hint of miso-like fermentation. The texture is medium, and the mouth is filled with a burst of umami and acidity. After a half-step or so, the melon-like blue sweetness spreads, and finally finishes with a tangy, light alcohol feeling. It has a summery blue flavor with a thick core.

9.5 The top aroma is juicy grapes and slightly lactic beverage. The texture is silky and watery on the palate, with a clear sweetness that spreads quickly. Next, grape-like fruity aroma, rice flavor, and slight acidity spread. Finally, a slight bitterness appears and lingers on the palate until it finishes. The watery lightness of the sake and the robust umami, sweetness, and aroma are both very appealing.

9.5 The top aroma is sweet, like a lactic acid beverage, with a red berry-like aroma behind it. The texture is slightly thickened. In the mouth, there is a cute sweetness with a berry-like flavor and a refreshing acidity that does not touch the palate. At the end, the gas tightens up and a grapefruit-like bitterness gradually appears. Once the gas is released, the bitterness becomes a little stronger, giving it a mature taste.

9.5 The aroma on the nose is just like a light sake with a squeeze of lemon or other citrus fruits. The smooth, watery texture of the wine is followed by a strong acidity, a slight sweetness, and a refreshing citrus-like aroma. The flavors quickly fade away toward the finish. However, even after swallowing, the umami of rice and a slight alcohol taste remain in the mouth.
