9.8 The nose has a gentle sweet lactic acid aroma and a slight muscatelike aroma. The texture is slightly thick and fizzy. It has a strong but rounded sweetness, muscat and lychee-like aroma, and a strong but rounded rice flavor. The bitterness and umami, which seem to come from nigori, appear in the back end, and it finishes crisply. It is quite tasty. Compared to the usual sansho, the volume of the flavor and the bitter sharpness of the aftertaste are distinctive.

9.9 Shipped in June, 2013 The top aroma is lactic acid sour and slightly sulfuric with a strange scent (wooden vat aroma?). The texture is silky and smooth. In the mouth, medium acidity, umami, and natural sweetness spread. After that, a slight bitterness appears, and while the acidity is the most persistent, the whole wine is very smooth. It is just like a grapefruit. Sorry to say this, but it's like a superior version of Senkou Beetle!

9.8 The top aroma is strong white grape. The aroma is like white grape juice. The texture is silky and smooth. In the mouth, it has a gassy, juicy sweetness and aroma like biting into a white grape, and the sweetness and flavor from nigori spread at the same time. The dryness typical of nigori sake is revealed at the end, and it finishes with a sharp finish. A pleasant astringency and bitterness, which is typical of nigori sake, remain on the palate. The aroma is green like Masamune's, and the taste is similar to Mimuro Sugihana-Kyun, which is very tasty.

9.8 Juicy, sweet muscat and lychee aromas on the nose. The texture is thick and rich, with a rich sweetness and juicy white grape and red grape combined aroma that slowly spreads in the mouth. The natural acidity of the fruit coexists behind the sweetness, and the aftertaste fades away pleasantly.

9.2 The top aroma is mildly lactic and fresh with a melon-like aroma. The texture is slightly thickened. In the mouth, a moderate sweetness and astringency spread at the same time, and acidity comes toward the finish. The astringent acidity lingers in the aftertaste. Overall, the wine is mild and sweet, but also has a dry element.

9.6 The top aroma is of skimpy lychee and muscat. The texture is medium to smooth. On the palate, a simple sweetness and discreet muscat aroma spreads. Soft acidity also follows. There are few off-flavors, and the taste disappears gently. It is easy to drink. Personally, I felt the taste is similar to that of the local products.

9.5 The nose is of ripe melon and lactic acidity, with a slight hint of miso-like fermentation. The texture is medium, and the mouth is filled with a burst of umami and acidity. After a half-step or so, the melon-like blue sweetness spreads, and finally finishes with a tangy, light alcohol feeling. It has a summery blue flavor with a thick core.

9.5 The top aroma is juicy grapes and slightly lactic beverage. The texture is silky and watery on the palate, with a clear sweetness that spreads quickly. Next, grape-like fruity aroma, rice flavor, and slight acidity spread. Finally, a slight bitterness appears and lingers on the palate until it finishes. The watery lightness of the sake and the robust umami, sweetness, and aroma are both very appealing.

9.5 The top aroma is sweet, like a lactic acid beverage, with a red berry-like aroma behind it. The texture is slightly thickened. In the mouth, there is a cute sweetness with a berry-like flavor and a refreshing acidity that does not touch the palate. At the end, the gas tightens up and a grapefruit-like bitterness gradually appears. Once the gas is released, the bitterness becomes a little stronger, giving it a mature taste.

9.5 The aroma on the nose is just like a light sake with a squeeze of lemon or other citrus fruits. The smooth, watery texture of the wine is followed by a strong acidity, a slight sweetness, and a refreshing citrus-like aroma. The flavors quickly fade away toward the finish. However, even after swallowing, the umami of rice and a slight alcohol taste remain in the mouth.

9.4 The initial aroma is a good balance of the full, sweet aroma of rice and the refreshing aroma of alcohol, typical of sake. In the mouth, a slight sweetness derived from rice and a full flavor spread out, and finally, a trace of acidity and bitterness finish off the whole dry taste without lingering in the mouth. It is delicious like a dry and refreshing sweet sake, and seems to go well with dishes with a strong sweet flavor, such as grilled meat or teriyaki, rather than on its own. It was quite vigorous and took a few minutes to open the bottle, but there was no fizzy feeling when drinking.

9.6 The nose has a juicy muscat aroma with a cool, refreshing feeling. In the mouth, it has a deep sweetness, umami, and light muscat-like aroma that spreads quickly, followed immediately by a grapefruit-like bitterness and acidity. As you continue drinking, the richness of the umami and other flavors may make you feel a little sluggish, but it tastes great after a bath or on a hot day when you are on your way home from work.

9.2 The most basic white label Junmai Ginjo. The heady aroma is like a sweet melon. In the mouth, it has a smooth texture and a mellow sweetness. The aroma is of understated pineapple and melon. The acidity and other flavors are moderate, and the wine is always crisp and clean. It is a little too sweet, but it is delicious. It's a bit of a bad way of putting it, but it's like a Houou Mita with a modest aroma, but this one is lighter and I think I prefer it.

9.8 The nose is lactic acidic, with a crisp aroma of Japanese pear and muscat. The first sip has a juicy, light sweetness like that of Japanese pears, along with a chirpy gassy sensation. Later, acidity, a trace of astringency, bitterness, and a touch of alcohol spread to neutralize the fruity intensity of the first half. The intense fruity taste and the complex flavor typical of Japanese sake are highly balanced, making it extremely tasty. Incidentally, it is also very good when it is degassed.
