9.4 Lactic acidic aroma on the nose, sweet aroma like red grapes. Juicy sweetness in the mouth. The nose is juicy and sweet, not heavy but honey-like, with hints of juicy red grapes. Toward the finish, there is a trace of acidity and a strong bitterness that finishes off. The bitterness is not that unpleasant. It tastes juicy, sweet, slightly acidic, bitter, and sharp. It tastes something like Omachi, but it is Yamada, I wonder what Omachi would be like. Cool etiket!

8.8 The nose has a sweet banana aroma. In the mouth, it has a soft sweetness and mellow banana aroma. The palate is followed by a slight acidity and the umami taste of rice. The finish is clean and watery. Banana aroma from beginning to end. I don't like banana aroma so much.

9.8 The nose has a clean and pleasant aroma of red apples and berries. In the mouth, the sweet and sour taste associated with the top nose spreads, but it quickly converges and is sharp and clean. There is a slight alkali taste and a hint of miscellaneous flavors, but these are quickly resolved and sublimated into a delicious flavor. It is quite good. Even though I don't like this type of beer that much, it is the strongest in my diet. It is the strongest in the meal. It is the strongest in the meal.

9.75 The top aroma is sweet and sour. Sourness precedes it, like red ginger or something like that. In the mouth, vivid sweet and sourness spreads, with flavors of red berries and sweets. The finish is crisp and clean with a slight unrefined umami taste. It is a perfect dessert sake. It is quite berry-like. It is a very good dessert sake that lives up to its appearance. However, I would prefer a little more acidity.

9.7 The top aroma is sweet pear, with a hint of muddy rice-horse aroma. In the mouth, it has a rich sweetness and juicy peariness. After that, there is a rich umami taste of rice derived from nigori-age. It is clear without the bitterness and alcoholiness characteristic of nigorizumi. It's a real treat. Overall, it is an ideal muddy sparkling wine with a juice type taste. It is just like the sweetness of the previous Hiran Kijoshu.

9.2 The top aroma is a beautiful cuppa. It is cool and clear. In the mouth, mellow pineapple aroma, sweetness, capsule bitterness, and capsule bitterness on the finish, with a beautiful watery clean sharpness. Bitter. Is it good while eating? But it is too sweet for that? It's not my favorite though it's very good considering the difficulty of obtaining it.

9.6 The initial aroma is fresh citrus and lactic acidity. In the mouth, soft sweetness spreads first, then citrus-like acidity, which disappears nicely in the finish. The aftertaste is bitter like citrus peel. The acidity is not too strong, and the hints have a melon-like flavor. When it rolls around in the mouth, there is a grain-like bitterness in the back. It is good but expensive. Well, it is quite likeable and tasty.

9.4 The top aroma is a sweet, clean aroma of cemedine lactic acid, red grapes, and berries. In the mouth, a melon-like cool sweetness typical of instrumental Masamune spreads. The finish is watery and sharp with natural acidity. Overall, it is beautiful and can be enjoyed while eating. Slightly lacking in impact, but safe and tasty.

9.8 The top nose has a round sweet aroma like Wasanbon and a medium pineapple-like sparkling aroma. In the mouth, it is soft and elegant sweetness spreads. The overt aroma is not too loud, but rather moist capsicum pineapple. The finish is crisp and watery. However, a little bitterness from the capsicum and a hint of rummy flavor may linger. A beautiful, elegant, and highly finished Capu-style sake. Personally, I don't like capsicums very much, so I slightly lower the rating. Unlike typical Caps, it has a unique nuance of a wet-haired beauty, and a texture with no corners. Postscript. After a few days, the unpleasant capsicum feeling has calmed down and the sweetness has become more rounded. It has a cute sweetness like a red apple, which I like. Yum.

9.8 The initial aroma is sweet and refreshing, with a pear-like aroma. In the mouth, the same fruity aroma and candy-like sweetness spreads. It is like biting into a sweet Japanese pear. The aftertaste is slightly acidic and gradually sharp. It is sweet all the way through, but there is no sweetness that is left over like when you eat a pear. There is almost no unpleasant alcohol taste or other unpleasant flavors. It's delicious. It's like an over-sweetened Sanchi.

9.2 The top nose has a fresh sweet aroma of white grapes, white flower nectar, and bitter citrus. In the mouth, juicy sweetness with a sense of honey spreads first. Behind that, there is a fresh blue bitter taste like cucumber. The finish has a pleasant alu sensation that stimulates the tongue. The back palate has cider and bitterness. There may be some unique tangerine-like flavor. When drinking it in the middle of a meal, the sweetness is fully felt and it is close to the metaphysical taste. But there is some kind of unpleasant thickness? But there is an unpleasant thickness. It has a high degree of perfection, but if you ask me if it is very tasty? To be honest, I'm fine with Kiyamasa Shuzo.

9.7 The top aroma is modest and elegant, with a sweet, wasanbon-like aroma. In the mouth, it has a transparent Wasanbon or melon-like sweetness and a slight sourness. The aroma and sweetness change to a gorgeous, sparkling pineapple-like aroma on the back end, and the acidity finishes it off nicely. It leaves a cappiness and a slight tongue tingling sensation. Not exactly in the middle of my favorite, but brilliant. A model of the Jyushidai series.

9.5 The nose has a fresh fruity aroma like green apples and lactic acidity. In the mouth, a rounded sweetness spreads and is followed by the same aroma as the nose on the top. After that, lactic acidity and a slight alty taste finish it off quickly. Akutoku Medium-bodied. Fresh and fruity, but not too sweet. Cheap and if this is available in supermarkets, Iwate people must be the best!

9.4 Is the sweetness stronger than usual? When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of Wasanbon, banana, and red grape-like aroma spreads in your mouth. The sharpness is medium and simply delicious. Maybe it was because it was kept at room temperature while traveling, but after the second day, the banana-like flavor was stronger and the freshness was a little faded, so it may not have been as good.

9.6 The initial aroma is fresh and sweet green fruit. In the mouth it has a moderate refreshing sweetness and a cloudy flavor. The nose has green apple, muscat, and other fruits that are refreshing for a cloudy wine. The finish is clean and crisp. A slightly cloudy umami and flavor remain in the back of the tongue. It is delicious, but there is a hint of turbidity. If it is not in good condition, it may have an "al" feeling.

9.5 Fresh grapes on the nose. In the mouth, it has a pleasantly sweet aroma with hints of rich sweetness, grapes, and rice. It finishes quickly with a slight acidity. It has a slightly cloudy, alcoholic taste. The muddy one was juicier and more to my liking, but this one has a high degree of perfection as well.

9.5 The top aroma is a capsule-like elegant pineapple-peach, wasanbon-type aroma. The aroma is fresh and not too loud. When you put it in your mouth, a sweetness that is like a refined version of the usual Kangiku sweetness spreads with a Capsule-like aroma. After that, it disappears nicely, leaving behind a typical Capsule-like slightly alkaline and grain-like aroma. There is no unpleasant feeling in the aftertaste. There is no unpleasant aftertaste. It is a refreshing, clean, typical delicious sake, more like Miyakanume than the usual Kangiku. The quality is excellent for the price.
