There was one more restaurant I wanted to visit in Asahikawa, and I went to Ogawa Shoten, which interacts with local izakaya in Obihiro. Here, they recommended Huataka from Oita Prefecture. I told them what I liked and decided on this one. It is refreshing but has a strong alcohol taste rather than a spicy taste. 16 degrees Celsius is a bit heavy, but it becomes softer when it is cooled down to a crisp, so it is quite tasty. I found myself drinking a lot of it because I wanted to unravel its complex flavors. The taste reminds me of sake from Kyoto or Gifu. I'm looking forward to another sake meeting at Tokachikan this fall.

Another bottle I bought at Hasegawa-san in Tokyo station. The first time for Otokoyama-san in Yamagata This is also the original label of Hasegawa-san. The rice used is Miyamanishiki, so it's the same as "Junmai-shu Gold Label". Anyway, it was a delicious sake with a lot of fullness. Maruishi Brewing's Chohyo year-end festival, second bottle. This sake is made from Manzai, an edible rice that has been revived in Okazaki. It is a junmai daiginjo, and naturally it has a beautiful, fruity taste, but compared to Nitoshi, it has more robust rice flavor than acidity and sweetness...I think. Am I biased? Rooster Yoemon from Kawamura Sake Brewery in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture. This sake is famous for its sour taste, which is rare in Iwate Prefecture. I drank it for the first time at a store in Hanamaki and was surprised by the sourness. It seemed to be quite a challenge since Iwate is generally known for its sweet and tasty sake. Even so, I heard that the owner stubbornly continued to make sour sake. (^โ^) Nowadays, with the Shinsai boom, Yoemon's sour sake is also selling well, especially outside of the prefecture. Overall 9 (out of 10) I had my first Shimane sake ๐ถ๐. I got it from Pekho-san. According to the description of the sake shop It's a "fruity and full of flavor" sake! Delicious ๐. I went to Tabe Takeshita Sake Brewery and Sake Brewery Museum ๐. But all the sake was sold out there ๐ญ So I went to a liquor store that sells this sake and bought Rihachi๐. I wanted to drink it and I couldn't bear to end up not being able to buy it ๐ฃ. But I'm glad I was able to buy it safely ๐.
