Second souvenir from KazKaz. It is a brand name planned and sold by 7 sake stores in Aomori. Rice used is 100% Hanasoui. The top-tasting aroma is a calm ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet with a strong umami flavor. The aftertaste is reminiscent of classical sake, and is quickly cut by a refreshing acidity and bitterness. It is an orthodox dry sake, but highly satisfying. Thank you for the treat!

Overall, it is an elegant sweet sake with a sense of transparency. It is better to drink it in small sips rather than gulping it down.

Tonight, it's Hochotsuuru from Yamaguchi Prefecture in the 8th installment of our first series & muddy pick ✨. 100% Yamadanishiki, 50% polished rice, 17% alcohol by volume 🍶 Almost no gas when the bottle is opened. The aroma has a gentle sugary sweetness, and the mouthfeel is characterized by a sweet flavor and a soft sake quality. When mixed with the lees, it is milky without lactic acidity🥛 and full-bodied with a spicy taste😋😋😋😋.

The first Kinokuniya Bunzaemon! It has the fresh aroma of unpasteurized sake and a smooth, non-viscous mouthfeel. Purchased at Umeda Department Store. (Hankyu or Hanshin) One of seven breweries in Nara Prefecture that belong to the Nara Prefecture Bodai-Hashimoto Sake Research Association. See label on back. Rich, mouthfeel It is a sweet type, but the far and spreading umami and bitterness It was delicious and matched well with food. It became mellow and mild when heated to lukewarm and I could enjoy it with ease 😁. I am interested in the history of sake only when I taste Bodaihashi.
