It was a gift from an acquaintance 🍶. This is the second bottle of a two-bottle set. 300ml 📌 ¥Unknown Thank you very much 💕 Here is the rice! I'll have it cold today. The aroma is fruity. The color is beautiful💕 The mouthfeel is clean and easy to drink 😁😁The sweetness of the rice comes through but you can also taste the umami 💕. It is a very good sake that is easy to drink and refreshing even when drunk by itself💕💕💕💕 Thanks to my acquaintance 😁.

This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.
This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.
This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

I have had it, but this will be my first post on sakewa. I had an image of Kunika as light and dry, but it has a sweetness with a banana🍌 feel. It also has a melon-like melon sensation after a day. It has a very good balance and is good as a food sake or a light snack for dinner. A stable Shizuoka sake 🍶.

Purchased at Vinos Yamazaki in Kyoto after buying Daina at a liquor store in Saiin After this, I went back to the liquor store on the 2nd floor of the Yaichi main building and to Takimoto - Isetan 😊. I really wanted the Vinos limited edition Isoboast, but the date was a year ago, so I avoided it💦. It's also February 24 😅. I thought about how to read "kunika", "kokka", etc... but when I looked it up, it's "kokkou". Reminds me of Cocco for my generation 🤔. Drink at room temperature. It's lightly colored. It's been almost a year, but there's no sense of aging. It has a classical flavor and a little lactic acidity, but it's still light and refreshing. I'd like to try some of their raw sake, though I didn't have any this time. Like Isobojiman, I think Shizuoka sake is a good choice for me 🤔. I was saddened to hear that this brewery is already out of business 😿.

At home. The second item of the sake tasting party. Wakayama Rashomon. I had the impression that it was a famous sake with a harsh name and a long history, so I thought it would have a strong alcoholic taste, but no matter what, it's very easy to drink. It doesn't have a gorgeous aroma like Raifuku, but you can feel the sweetness of the rice strongly in your mouth, and it has a clear and light taste, so you can go as much as you want.

Purchased at the Shinsaibashi Takashimaya Department Store on the recommendation of a store clerk. Rice used is unknown. The richness of the original sake can be felt. It does not have much of a nama-zake character, and is clear and clean through the throat, making it a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Because of its name, I had always assumed it was a sake from Kyoto. I️ was surprised to learn that it was the first Japanese sake to win the Monde Selection gold medal, and that Wakayama is proud of this world-class sake. My sincere apologies 🙏.

For today's sake, I chose a Junmai Daiginjo from Kuchiman 😀. We compared the tasting sakes, one brought to room temperature for tasting and one kept chilled, and this one for tasting brought to room temperature might taste better than the chilled one 🤣. The chilled one is just too beautiful to swallow without anything stuck to it😅. The room temperature one spread the sweet and delicious flavor and filled my mouth with deliciousness😇

Unfiltered raw sake & Asahi rice for 2,530 yen including tax is a super deal ‼️ It is not so fresh, but has a refreshing mouthfeel with a slight sense of maturity. The rich umami comes in smoothly, and the finish is crisp and tight. It has a good balance of bitterness, bitterness, and sweetness, and is the type of sake that one does not get tired of drinking as an unfiltered, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. It is a good sake to drink with food or as an evening drink. ❗️ It was delicious. ❣️

It tastes a little bit like aged, but it has all the sweetness, flavor, bitterness, and spiciness you would expect. It tastes like tea. It tastes like apple tea. It is a slightly different type of flavor. It tastes juicy, sweet and spicy. Some people may find it spicy, but it's a subtle taste.

Enjoying delicious sake with the brewer 20259 The booth of Washin. Since it is located in the mountains, there are many dry sakes that go well with the meat-eating culture. ◉Washin Tokubetsu Junmai Omachi Slightly aged with a hint of grain. It can be served lukewarm and is easy to pair with all kinds of food. ◉Washin Junmai Unfinished Nama-shu Asahi This is the most popular of the WASHIN brands. It has a strong rice flavor with a clean and refreshing aftertaste. It is made from Asahi rice. It grows tall and falls over easily, and it seems that the only farmers producing Asahi are in Osaka and a small part of Okayama. ◉Washin Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Namaishiki The nose is sweet and clean, with a hint of Yamadanishiki. The nose is sweet and clean, not unlike Yamadanishiki. The sake is a little strong. ◉Washin Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Nama Sake Omachi The same structure as Yamadanishiki. It is made with a yeast that produces acidity, and is moderately sweet with a strong flavor that is typical of Omachi. This is my favorite. ◉Washin Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-Nishiki Elegant, clean, and graceful. The taste is slightly bitter. It is a small brewery, and after Corona, the number of bottles produced decreased considerably.

Purchased at Yamasho in JR Ashiya station. I mentioned before that this liquor store is based in northern Kyoto and has a wide selection of sake from the Tango area, but they also have Kumi no Ura. It is rather sweet. Muscat and lychee-like flavor. It is fire-brewed but fresh. I'd like to try some of their fresh sake. I'm sure it would be delicious. According to the internet, it's unfiltered raw sake. It's true that it's on the lees for a fire-brewed sake. Sediment is noticeable.

common crane (Grus grus) The name "Saijotsuru" is a combination of "Saijo" (the name of a place) and "Tsuru" (a crane), which means "happy" in Japanese. The sake brewery and main building, which have been used since the establishment of the company, were designated as a registered tangible cultural property of Japan in 2008.

Purchased at Hokuriku sake event at LUCUA The top aroma has a classic feel to it. I was told it was dry, but it also has a bit of sweetness, a strong umami, graininess, nuttiness, and complexity. Maybe it's better than I thought it would be. I think it's a little hard to drink because it's so pungent 😅. Maybe it's better to drink it on the rocks or with soda 🤔
