☀️ Soft sweetness like pear 🍐. I think it's similar to the same Fukushima's Yama-no-i 🤔. It has a clean throat and watery sensation. If you look closely, it was alcohol added 😳. I felt that the sake brewing technique is very advanced with a finish that does not feel like alcohol 😊.

Bandaiyoyo from the Shirai Sake Brewery. I usually buy Kaze ga Kiku, but on a recent trip to Aizu, I discovered it for the first time at the Gonoi Sake Shop in Sakashita-machi and bought it on impulse. It has a fresh green apple aroma and a beautiful light nigori. The taste is similar to that of "Kaze ga Kowaru," but the overall flavor is gentle. It has a strong but soft flavor due to the light nigori of nama-shu. The foaming sensation is also soft and gentle. This is a nama-zake full of gentleness. It is as gentle as a dried persimmon.

It used to be a winter-only sake, but the president of Uekiya Shoten the president of Uekiya Shoten asked the brewer to allow them to sell it all year round. I heard that they let us sell it all year round. 😂. It is crisp, dry and refreshing. It has a sharp, clean acidity, It can be served cold or hot, depending on your preference. Enjoy it. 😋 Special Honjozo Nama-no-Mazake. 😍. The wind is blowing, but it's that good, Bandaiyoho Nama 😋, which is the freshest and most cost-effective is also highly recommended. 😀

Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop, 2,690 yen per bottle. I thought it tasted a little strong right after opening the bottle, but after replacing the bottle with a 4-gou bottle, I started sipping it slowly, and the strength of the alcohol (15%) became less noticeable. The sake I drank after the pool!

Junmai🍶Gohyakumangoku from Aizu Slightly alcoholic. Slightly sweet mouthfeel. But with a crisp aftertaste. The squid and carrots (🦑🥕) add to the sweetness. A little dry with chashu pork. Here's one for today! This is another award-winning celebratory gift from my workplace😄It's my first Bandaiyuho Daiginjo! It won a gold medal at the 2024 National New Sake Competition😄I don't usually buy such good sake (lol). It has been a while since I have had an award-winning sake. The aroma is mellow and gorgeous, like apples! When you drink it, it has a gentle mouthfeel with umami and a hint of bitterness. The aftertaste has a sharpness that is not typical of Yamada-Nishiki. It is a really beautiful sake with no cloying taste at all. This is indeed a gold medal-winning sake. It is really easy to drink and delicious! I knew that award-winning sake is different from other sake. I can see why it is so expensive.

The first sake, Bandaiho. It is a sake from Aizu. My uncle who lives in Aizu, sent it to me on purpose 🙌 You can't find it in Nagoya. The label is classic. I was excited to see what it tasted like, so I opened the bottle! Gohyakumangoku (since it is produced in Aizu, I wonder if it means "terroir"?) It tastes like a terroir, It is a junmai sake, just like the label. It is a junmai sake and like the label I thought it would be a classic sake, like the label. I thought so, but in a good way, it is not that much. It has a nice sharpness and is good as a food sake. It's good 👍 I enjoyed it 🙏. Thank you, Uncle 🤗
