The owner's relatives, who occasionally visit the restaurant, sent it to us.
Sake with added sugar and acidity. It has a strong classical taste. I could feel a lot of Showa-era grandfather.
I was curious about the crab miso ramen at the sea bream ramen restaurant, so I revisited. The crab miso was so delicious that I had to dip my noodles in the crab miso.

Nochi-san, fashionable ramen doesn't suit you. ‼️ Let's go with Iekei or Yamaokaya 🤣

Hello, Mr. Nochi!
Oh, it's just like the name with crab in it! 😁✨
Looks like it would go well with sake 😋.

Hi Manachie 😃Ikebana, Yamaoka-ke, Rasho, and fashionable style all suit me. I am ok with soy sauce, miso, salt and pork bone. I'm just not good at spicy ones.
