Bandaiyoyo from the Shirai Sake Brewery. I usually buy Kaze ga Kiku, but on a recent trip to Aizu, I discovered it for the first time at the Gonoi Sake Shop in Sakashita-machi and bought it on impulse.
It has a fresh green apple aroma and a beautiful light nigori.
The taste is similar to that of "Kaze ga Kowaru," but the overall flavor is gentle.
It has a strong but soft flavor due to the light nigori of nama-shu. The foaming sensation is also soft and gentle.
This is a nama-zake full of gentleness. It is as gentle as a dried persimmon.
Tuna Yukke with spinach
With namul. 🙂
Friday and Saturday, the best in the universe
to experience the best rock 'n' roll show in the universe
I went to Ichikawa Bunka Kaikan
I went to the Ichikawa Bunka Kaikan to experience the best rock and roll show in the universe. I was so exhausted 🤩 that my
My legs and arms were sore and my voice was rattling.
but it was the best two days of my life.
I was so happy to be there. 😭
I'm tired and I'm going to start night after night. I'm so tired 🤤.
It used to be a winter-only sake, but the president of Uekiya Shoten
the president of Uekiya Shoten asked the brewer to allow them to sell it all year round.
I heard that they let us sell it all year round. 😂.
It is crisp, dry and refreshing.
It has a sharp, clean acidity,
It can be served cold or hot, depending on your preference.
Enjoy it. 😋
Special Honjozo Nama-no-Mazake. 😍.
The wind is blowing, but it's that good,
Bandaiyoho Nama 😋, which is the freshest and most cost-effective
is also highly recommended. 😀
Good morning, Mr. Manachy.
Good morning, Mr. Manachy. 🙂
Looking around, I always see a stable
same generation. (lol) 🥲I enjoyed it.
I enjoyed the special Honjozo sake, if you have a chance to meet
I hope you will have a chance to meet them. I hope you enjoy it 🥰.
Hi Hanapin 🐦.
Two days 😳‼️ that's a great way to burn off some muscle soreness but a complete burn 😆👍.
I'm sure you cooled down with a few nightly drinks 😊👍
First brand
The owner's relatives, who occasionally visit the restaurant, sent it to us.
Sake with added sugar and acidity. It has a strong classical taste. I could feel a lot of Showa-era grandfather.
I was curious about the crab miso ramen at the sea bream ramen restaurant, so I revisited. The crab miso was so delicious that I had to dip my noodles in the crab miso.
Hi Manachie 😃Ikebana, Yamaoka-ke, Rasho, and fashionable style all suit me. I am ok with soy sauce, miso, salt and pork bone. I'm just not good at spicy ones.
Purchased at the Nohmi Sake Shop, 2,690 yen per bottle.
I thought it tasted a little strong right after opening the bottle, but after replacing the bottle with a 4-gou bottle, I started sipping it slowly, and the strength of the alcohol (15%) became less noticeable.
The sake I drank after the pool!
First 🍶 lunchtime drink of the year
This bottle was a gift from my son.
The fresh aroma is delicious!
It is a 🌸 that makes you feel spring.
I made Osechi by hand✨
This year too, I want to meet a lot of sake at my own pace,
I want to meet a lot of sake and feel sake at my own pace this year!
Junmai🍶Gohyakumangoku from Aizu
Slightly alcoholic. Slightly sweet mouthfeel. But with a crisp aftertaste. The squid and carrots (🦑🥕) add to the sweetness. A little dry with chashu pork. The pickled bamboo shoots soften the taste. It is interesting to see how the flavor changes depending on the snacks.
Aizu Kitakata Ramen Aikizuna @ Jujo 20240827
Here's one for today! This is another award-winning celebratory gift from my workplace😄It's my first Bandaiyuho Daiginjo! It won a gold medal at the 2024 National New Sake Competition😄I don't usually buy such good sake (lol).
It has been a while since I have had an award-winning sake. The aroma is mellow and gorgeous, like apples! When you drink it, it has a gentle mouthfeel with umami and a hint of bitterness. The aftertaste has a sharpness that is not typical of Yamada-Nishiki. It is a really beautiful sake with no cloying taste at all. This is indeed a gold medal-winning sake. It is really easy to drink and delicious! I knew that award-winning sake is different from other sake. I can see why it is so expensive.
Hi Sashu 😃.
It's true that some award-winning sake 🍶 is so expensive that we tend to buy the ordinary ones 🤗.
But I guess there's a reason why it's so expensive 🤔.
Well... you have to get it 😆.
Jay & Nobby, I don't often buy award-winning sake...I haven't had it in a while this time, but I still felt there was a good reason for it! It was really good. But it's too beautiful, so it might be a little lacking...
The first sake, Bandaiho.
It is a sake from Aizu.
My uncle who lives in Aizu,
sent it to me on purpose 🙌
You can't find it in Nagoya.
The label is classic.
I was excited to see what it tasted like, so I opened the bottle!
Gohyakumangoku (since it is produced in Aizu,
I wonder if it means "terroir"?) It tastes like a terroir,
It is a junmai sake, just like the label.
It is a junmai sake and like the label
I thought it would be a classic sake, like the label. I thought so,
but in a good way, it is not that much.
It has a nice sharpness and is good as a food sake.
It's good 👍
I enjoyed it 🙏.
Thank you, Uncle 🤗
I was invited out for a drink at the beginning of GW.
It had been a couple of years since we had a drink together.
We went to an izakaya (Japanese style bar) with only 7 seats at the counter, owned by a fish wholesaler. I heard that the place was crowded with customers during GW, but on this day we were lucky to have the place to ourselves 👍.
The fish was delicious. The tuna they served us was called "medium fatty tuna" and it was almost Ootoro.
I was wondering what kind of sake to serve with the sashimi. ‼️ I asked him if he would serve it at random and he said "Naraman, Izumikawa, Hiyoroki, Bandaiho, Kunigon," which was a relay of sake from Fukushima. What do you mean all of them are not on the menu?
I barely managed to get a shot of the Bandaiyoshi.
It has a sweetness and acidity with a hint of sweetness.
The aftertaste was clean, as it is a junmai daiginjo. Kaze ga Kowaru (The Wind Blows) is the major Shirai sake brewery, but Bandaiyoshi is also very good.
The oyako herring was also delicious, with an exquisite acidity that matched the sake.
Good evening, massa 🌃Because this brewery has won the gold medal 10 times in a row, I'd like to try these above normal specs, but they are not sold very often 😅.
Mr. Kab Good evening.
I sometimes see it at the right time, but it is hard to find.
It is less than 2,000 yen for a four-pack of Jun Dai. It is also good in terms of cost performance.
Good morning, massa 😃.
Good izakaya with great fish 🏮🤗.
They serve off-menu sake 🍶 on request! And the lineup is great👍.
I'd love to try the Bandaiho 😋.
I bought it at Yaoko.
With ehomaki. 🍣😍
Drinking from noon. (😁.
How extravagant.... 😫.
Originally, the sake was only available during the winter season,
The president of Uekiya Shoten personally
liked it so much that he asked the brewer to sell it all year round,
and asked the brewer to sell it all year round.
It is said that it is sold all year round. It is also loved by local izakaya (Japanese-style pubs) in Aizu.
The local Aizu izakaya also love it. 😍😍.
The first thing that comes to your mind when you take a sip is "Is this Junmai Ginjo?
It has a beautiful soft sweetness.
Then, it has a sharp and sharp spiciness.
It has a sharp and sharp spiciness. I personally find it rare to find a pure sake from a
I was very impressed with the taste, including the cost performance.
I was very impressed with it, including the cost performance. 😍😍
It is also good lukewarm! 😫
Will try next time. 🍶😋🍶
Good evening, Hanapin 🦉.
I've never had a real lunchtime drink 😆👍It's nice once in a while! I think I've never had Honjozo sake 😳It looks like it would go well with ehomaki ❣️
Good morning, Pon.
Good morning, Pon. 😊
I went shopping first thing in the morning and before noon
I went to the store first thing in the morning and then before noon. 😍
Al 18 degrees so it worked 😂.
