→I wish I could have been there.
I was so happy to see it. It is a very, very "wasteful" sake if you drink it at random. It is a word that I have not spoken for a long time. It was a sake that made me feel the word "Oh my God, Yamagata! I was satisfied. Very satisfied. It is too good to drink for sleeping after work, but it is so delicious (*^^*) that even on a day when you say, "I'm so tired today, I want to drink it and go to bed!
The best sake in the world. I regret my lack of interest in this sake, as it is commonly sold in Yamagata Prefecture. m(_ _)mI will actively buy and drink it from now on.
Sake for daily use bought at MaxValu in front of Yamagata Station.
I drink it at room temperature. The sweetness of the rice softly seeps in. The sweetness is offset by the lack of acidity, and the bitterness is moderate, giving it a gentle impression. It is delicious with a complex flavor.
When it is cooled down, the sharp acidity rises and the sweetness disappears.
When slightly cooled, it is sweet and sour and goes down smoothly. It is also delicious with a little water.
Sake from the Tohoku region is dangerous. All of them are delicious.
A gift from a person who went on a business trip to Yamagata.
Polishing rice 70%.
It is the first sake with a wet taste and texture in a long time. And yet it has a spicy attack. It even has a spicy attack!
I guess it was made with summeriness in mind, but I got the impression that there were a lot of unnecessary things such as miscellaneous flavors...
