This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

Rooster Yoemon from Kawamura Sake Brewery in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture. This sake is famous for its sour taste, which is rare in Iwate Prefecture. I drank it for the first time at a store in Hanamaki and was surprised by the sourness. It seemed to be quite a challenge since Iwate is generally known for its sweet and tasty sake. Aizan sake, still stocked but a little interrupted for refrigerator reasons😅. Shochiku Ume, but brewed in Nada, not Fushimi. There's a big building that looks like a factory near Sunshine Wharf. The bottle and cap have a unique design. The aroma on the nose is quite gorgeous, with a slight nuance of peppermint. In the mouth, it has a gorgeous sweetness and a bitter spiciness. It is refreshing but has a strong personality, probably because it is an unfiltered sake.
