The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and the dryness comes after the umami of the rice 😚 It has a nice sharpness and would go well with any food 😘The description "umami dry" is right on the money 😙I felt it was like a royal road sake 😀.

Found it at a local store I sometimes go to 👀. I had no prior knowledge of the brand, but was attracted by the sexy label and the owner's comment that it was "sweet and delicious" 😁. It is indeed sweet. But not sticky, clean and elegant sweetness 😋. By the third day, the sweetness was reduced and the taste was balanced 😆 Uma~! Good evening, I'll have your first series of Shinrai ⚡️ from Hiroshima 🙌 Jinrai Junmai Senbon Nishiki Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake 2023BY✨ It's been a while since I've had a Senbon Nishiki sake. The aroma is mainly banana yogurt with floral nectar, greenish pear, acidity and alcohol, which I like very much. The sweetness and acidity of the banana yogurt spreads quickly in the mouth, followed by the bitterness and spiciness of the pure rice from the sake, making it so easy to drink without feeling the high alcohol content 😋😋😋😋. It's like drinking a higher alcohol Sentori Classic and I like it very much 😊.
