Tatsusen is a first. The rice called "Kyo no Hana No.1" is also new to me. The name alone might make you think it is Kyoto rice😅. It seems to be a phantom rice revived by the Tatsusen brewery. [Kagataya hanpukai 2021⑧] The last bottle of the 4-month-long hanpukai was a special order of the first Niseko ☺️The rice used was Comet. It was the only one out of the 8 bottles in this hanpukai that was delivered at room temperature. It's the only one out of 8 that was delivered at room temperature. The aroma is gourd-like🥒The alcohol content is 17 degrees, which is a little high, but it feels more like alcohol and has a punchy taste. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but I'm sure it's a good thing. This is how I completed my hanpukai 😆. I was a little nervous about buying two bottles of sake every month, but the brands were so gorgeous and I'm so glad I joined as a result❗.
