( ´ ´ ` )🍶🍶🍶🍶´- Today we had a bottle of A-Sakura purchased at Murai, a local sake brewery 😄A collaboration product with A-Sakura? I found it in a corner shop in Akita station 🤔. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and the dryness comes after the umami of the rice 😚 It has a nice sharpness and would go well with any food 😘The description "umami dry" is right on the money 😙I felt it was like a royal road sake 😀.

Tatsusen is a first. The rice called "Kyo no Hana No.1" is also new to me. The name alone might make you think it is Kyoto rice😅. It seems to be a phantom rice revived by the Tatsusen brewery. The third shot was Tatsuzumi, Sashiu-san's gift sake. It's so bitter, isn't it? Tatsusen! I was in Himeji and went to the Tatsuriki store 😊. Daiginjo with a pretty refreshing taste, dry I guess? I haven't had a sake like this lately.

The aroma is gorgeous and pear-like 😊The rounded mouthfeel, overall mild acidity and umami 😄Great crispness that disappears quickly 😘I felt it was an easy sake to pair with a meal 🥳. The last picture is of the Japanese garden next to Himeji Castle. It was very beautiful and relaxing 🥰.

The label is comforting⛄️and the contents are refreshing, sweet and crisp, different from the Umakara Manzaku I drank before😆. I had a hard time deciding between it and the other one at the store, but I'm glad I bought it👍. I gulped it down💦.
