The fourth one is Nechi-Osan. This is my first time to visit this brewery. I always thought it was "KONCHI". Sorry locals! The taste of rice is well expressed, but the overall taste is clean and dry. The aftertaste is a bit peculiar, but it is good in its own way. Thank you!

OSAKA SAKE&FOOD EXPO 2024⑳ Lastly, we went to the Komatsuya booth again. Nechi from Nechiozan, which is not seen very often. There were many different rice varieties, but we chose the Koshitanrei 1st class rice 2020. Nechi is only available at authorized dealers. It was easy to drink with a beautiful taste and a hint of sweetness. The review of this event was a bit of a mess, so please refer to Nechi's post later on 🤣.

I was in Himeji and went to the Tatsuriki store 😊. Daiginjo with a pretty refreshing taste, dry I guess? I haven't had a sake like this lately.

The aroma is gorgeous and pear-like 😊The rounded mouthfeel, overall mild acidity and umami 😄Great crispness that disappears quickly 😘I felt it was an easy sake to pair with a meal 🥳. The last picture is of the Japanese garden next to Himeji Castle. It was very beautiful and relaxing 🥰.

The fifth sake was Yamagata Masamune Junmai Gin The fifth cup was Yamagata Masamune Junmai Ginzoku Gekidaku. It is made from Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and It is a limited-edition shipment of a well-balanced blend of Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa-Tsanbai junmai ginjo. It is a blend of Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa Tsannin Junmai Ginjo in good balance. It is very thick, but has a nice sharpness. September 12, 2021 Dinner at home. I got this yazu from my friend yesterday. Today, I'm going to taste it as nigiri. The sake is Kawakame, a local sake from Hachimanohama. Kawakame. The last bottle caught my eye and my attention, so I bought it! It's a blend of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo blame. Exciting just to hear about it😊. And it's reasonable!
