Today, I'm going to raise something I used to drink and kept proper records of. I drank it at a restaurant when I was on a business trip to Osaka and thought it was delicious, so I looked for it myself and bought it. It was labeled as dry, but it had a clean, easy-drinking taste with a slight umami flavor. It goes very well with sashimi. Very tasty! (^O^)

［Fukui Spring New Sake Festival (9) The event was coming to an end with a series of sake from Ishikawa. We decided to try something a little different and had a drink here 🍶. Hayaseura Special Junmai Sake "Umi-no-Otoko This is an old sake that has been stored in the brewery for 3 years and was served warmed 😁. OSAKA SAKE&FOOD EXPO 2024⑳ Lastly, we went to the Komatsuya booth again. Nechi from Nechiozan, which is not seen very often.
