Dinner at home.
I got this yazu from my friend yesterday.
Today, I'm going to taste it as nigiri.
The sake is Kawakame, a local sake from Hachimanohama.
Kawakame. It is light and dry, and goes well with fish.
300ml is not enough for me, but

It's a blend of Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo blame.
Exciting just to hear about it😊.
