(*´∇*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 It is the first Takihannami. It seems to be the sake which went out to the Iseshima Summit. I feel like a great man by drinking the sake which the important people drink. It is delicious.

Today, I'm going to raise something I used to drink and kept proper records of. I drank it at a restaurant when I was on a business trip to Osaka and thought it was delicious, so I looked for it myself and bought it. It was labeled as dry, but it had a clean, easy-drinking taste with a slight umami flavor. It goes very well with sashimi. Very tasty! (^O^)

It is written "Taki Suiryu" and read "Hayase". It is said to have been served at the Ise-Shima Summit 😮. It has a sake meter of +10, but it is not a very spicy sake, but a model of umami-spicy sake. It is a delicious acidic sake with a mild aroma, It is a beautiful sake that goes well with meals. Naohiko Noguchi Institute I wanted to try. Smells like caramel and grain. It has a dry, drinkable, honey-like sweetness, a strong flavor, powerful acidity, and a clean aftertaste with enough stimulation to numb the tongue. Delicious. Impact like a whiskey. The official recommendation is to drink it lukewarm (around 40 degrees Celsius). The warmer it is, the less stimulating it is. It is a great match for fish, and the fish becomes twice as good with the support. I should have bought another kind. Second day. The second day was also good.

［Fukui Spring New Sake Festival (9) The event was coming to an end with a series of sake from Ishikawa. We decided to try something a little different and had a drink here 🍶. Hayaseura Special Junmai Sake "Umi-no-Otoko This is an old sake that has been stored in the brewery for 3 years and was served warmed 😁. The aroma of rice flavor, the gentle texture on the tongue, the impact of the flavor at the back of the throat, the warm aftertaste of heated sake, and the bitter taste at the back of the throat at the end........
