Second bottle of "Ei" (English) This one is also a first 🍶. The aroma of this one is a little fruity... The sweetness of the first sip The sweetness disappears quickly. It is also very easy to drink. Sake that goes on and on and on! It was a delicious sake that goes well with sukiyaki. My favorite degree:★★★★☆

The appearance is transparent and pale crystal silver. The nose is gorgeous and full, with hints of pear, banana, and acacia. There is a freshness of green bamboo, lime minerality, mushroom and chestnut aroma, and sour cream fermentation. The first impression on the palate is rather strong, with plump sweetness, round and firm acidity, and full-bodied bitterness. The aftertaste is rather long.

It is mild, non-habit forming, and very easy to drink. It goes well with many different kinds of meals and can be savored on its own after a meal.

It is a home brewed sake, and the rice used to make it is grown in Okayama Prefecture. It has a rice polishing ratio of 50%, a sake degree of +1.0, and an undisclosed acidity level. It was clear in color, slightly thickened, refreshing, and fresh from the rice.

A valuable sake that can only be bought for two days a year 牡牡 Dry, crisp, and delicious❗ You can gulp it down, but it's a dangerous drink with an alcohol content of 20 degrees (lol)

Bicchu tasted a sake from Jindai. Sanko Masamune, when I drank the junmai sake before, seemed quite mellow, but the junmai ginjo was just the right density, probably due to the difference in rice polishing ratio. It is also a very tasty sake.

I like it though I drank it for the first time including Jindai Junmai Omachi (forgot the picture).

I went on a business trip to Aomori the other day and brought this as a souvenir. I vaguely matched it with squid or tuna. I thought it was probably a local luxury sake. It was a very tasty and elegant sake.

I got some black soybean edamame and remembered that I don't have any sake at home, so I bought some sake from a big store. As it says, it's dry and spicy ☺️. It's easy to drink.

Miyakanbai's PB brand Miyamanishiki 55% Koji, Manamusume 65% Kake The aroma is rather subdued, but it has a clean, fruity aroma of white peaches, pears and apples. The taste is juicy and sweet like honey apple, just like drinking fruit juice! The alcohol content is a little strong, but it is easy to drink with a pleasant, refreshing aftertaste. It is as beautiful and delicious as one would expect from Miyakanbai.

It has a fresh fruity aroma. The sharpness is also quite good. Personally, I prefer Miyakanbai Junmai Ginjo.

@sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.

A standard Daiginjo which comes with no surprise. Not a fine fruity type but comes more with yogurt and fresh cheese and somehow a bit of rice feel. Would say the alcoholic feel is a bit over which is not very balanced. Would not rate it very high.
It is a dry sake. I felt a little sweetness at the end.

At Kaki-numa-san. Choice by recommendation. It is another brand of Koganezawa which was damaged by the earthquake. The president's beloved daughter became a toji The president's beloved daughter became a toji (brewer) and the father and daughter are making sake together. It has a sweet aroma of lactic acid. The first sip was not so impressive. But on the 3rd and 4th day The sweetness and umami increase It is a delicious sake that asserts itself👍. The Senkou Yuumachi that we are drinking at the same time is also delicious, but but this one is not to be underestimated either❗️

The fourth one today is here 💁♂️. This is also 100% Omachi, but it was easier to drink than Matsumidori with less sweetness 😋.

The wine is matured until it reaches the optimum balance, resulting in a mellow, yet surprisingly refreshing taste. The brewery specializes in Yamahai sake brewing, which is rare in Miyagi Prefecture. It has won the gold medal at the National New Sake Competition nine times in a row. This is the fourth highest record in the history of sake breweries. Kawatakei Shoten was damaged by the recent major earthquake in Kurihara, which has occurred frequently in recent years. Founded in 1902 It is one of the few breweries in the prefecture that has handed down the old-fashioned traditional method of "Yamahai brewing". Kawana Keiji started brewing sake in 1902 when he moved to Nango-cho (current location), Osaki's largest grain-growing area, in search of his own rice fields.
