I've been wanting to try this drink for a while ✨. Here, Nagano sake is rarely seen in liquor stores or supermarkets, but I found this at a nearby supermarket 👀 some kind of fair ❔. I love these classic and classy labels ♡. The taste is just like a classic sake 🍶. I didn't really feel the Nagano character, but it's an all-rounder that accepts a variety of snacks👍.

I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. We opened a bottle of Daikoku that we bought today at Kado-ya Sake Shop. It is said that this sake is brewed with 100% Yamada Nishiki harvested in a special area of Hyogo Prefecture. This was the first time I drank Daikoku Masamune at home. I bought it at the direct sales counter of the brewery. The aroma is mild, but the taste is fresh and fruity. It was really good even when it was heated. The reinforced concrete brewery was demolished due to old age, and a prefabricated direct sales store was built on the site, with the rest of the land used for a convenience store and Marugame Seimen noodles. Refreshing with a fruity tartness. This one is only 8% alcohol so it is very easy to drink. Enjoyed this one while making s’mores with my girlfriend and brother.

This is a speial edition for distribution by Miyajima Liquor Shop, Ueda City. This sake uses Sankei-nishiki and brewed in Kimoto Method. So, I could enjoy the full-bodied but fruity taste. Really love it!

National Sake Fair 2025 Day 2 part75 Gunma 6 Mr. Takai in Fujioka City! I think they had closed their brewery for some reasons and were shipping out their stock, but I saw on SNS that they have started brewing again. I see that they have also released a draft sake. I drank a bottle of nama sake about 4 years ago when the warehouse was already closed, so it was a slightly matured one. Polishing ratio 55%, domestic rice, 15 degrees, Sake degree +2, Acidity 1.6, 1401 yeast? 1747 yen I thought it would be matured, so I was disappointed with its clean taste and no sense of maturity😅. I wonder if there are any liquor stores far from Takatsuki station or south of Kyoto station 🤔.
