I have neglected to record this and am back to New Year😓😓. At a New Year's party with my uncle, we were treated to a special product from Azumaya in Adachi-ku, Tokyo. It was a very elegant sake with a melon-like aroma and flavor and a well-balanced fresh acidity. ☺️ I know it's a little early, but I'm going to make a reservation for the end of the year 😅😅. drinking alone Sunflower 60%. It was 18% alcohol! I felt it was strong as it should be! LOL! It has a unique flavor, but it also has a nice sweetness that makes it interesting! I can't be adventurous when drinking at home because the portions are so large, but when I drink outside, I can be adventurous even if it doesn't suit my tastes! There was an interesting kisai called "Tokusen Junmai Aged Nama Sake" (special junmai aged sake)! It is said to be aged in ice temperature. I don't know about the mellow acidity, but I think I understand the expression "clear umami"! 4.5 points I was surprised at the sweetness of this wine when I first started drinking it, but as I got used to it, the sweetness became more pleasant! I don't know if I'm getting used to it or getting drunk! LOL! But it's good!

Hana of Tsukiyoshino Unfiltered Nama Sake 720ml 100% Hitogochiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15%. Purchased at Hara's in Ueda on Saturday. With amazake, of course. It is a gorgeous spring-like sake with a more mellow sweet taste. On Saturday, we went from Tateshina to the Ueda Castle beyond the ski resort. It was already starting to change colors. The parking lot was full. We had lunch at a buckwheat noodle restaurant in Sakaki Town on the way to Chikuma. We never had a bad experience at any soba restaurant.

Today I met my wife's brother for the first time in several years and had a drink outside. We went to a nearby restaurant that boasts sake and is famous for its pork shabu-shabu and oden. We had an all-you-can-drink policy, so this was the only sake we could drink, but we had a very pleasant time. It was the first time for me to drink Bikuyo. Fourth round of drinks with Go-ni-Go-san. Amanurin Tokubetsu Junmai Sake Limited Bottle Enclosure This is also my first time to drink Mie sake! I chose only sake from Tokai region😅. The rice used is Comet from Hokkaido. You can't ignore the sake made with Hokkaido rice, can you? It has a clear and refreshing taste typical of Comet. It has a gentle acidity and a good sharpness, so you can drink it easily. It is well-balanced with a good taste of rice. I️ think it's a versatile sake that can be used in any situation. The next drink was a Tokujiro for Joyo's distributor? Tokujiro I drank Joyo several times, but this was my first time to drink Tokujiro. I happened to see on a restaurant instagram I follow that Tokujiro was originally a joint product between a Hirakata liquor store and the Joyo Brewery. It's unfiltered, once-bottled, and heated. It's fire-brewed, but it's still slightly effervescent and has a fresh, mellow rice flavor that's really tasty 😋. I'll buy Tokujiro next time I see it.
