Hatsu Shibori Unfiltered Hon Nama Junmai Ginjo-shu
There was a light dusting of oriki. The aroma was strong, lightly acidic and full-bodied.
It was too cold to go out on weekends, so I bought it as if I was going to Tochigi just to buy Houou Mita!
Junmai Namaisake.
The production date is December of last year. It must have been sitting in the fridge, sleeping peacefully.
It wasn't as fresh as it should have been, but it was delicious.
Special Junmai Fukukomachi
Special Junmai Kakuemon
Furusato Tax Returned Item
Fukukomachi is quite robust as a food sake, and Kakuemon is even more robust. Kakuemon is my favorite.
Autumn Hijiri Junmai Daiginjo
Even in autumn, it was fruity with a strong, holy gas.
The taste is more intense than the summer Hijiri.
It is delicious in spring, summer, fall, and winter!
Adatara Ginjo, a gift from Whinny's. Welcome from Whinny's.
I think it's one of the best super-sake with a gorgeous ginjo aroma.
Any sake you get as a gift is good sake.
Junmai Dewanosato
Dewanosato seems to have a big core, and even at 80% polished rice, it has a strong rice flavor without any cloying taste and is very cost-effective at 2,200 yen. Thank goodness!
Summer Hijiri Junmai Ginjo
I was able to drink it again this year! It's like pineapple cider again this year, and the alcohol content has been lowered to 13 degrees...perfect to drink on a hot summer afternoon!
Beware of pandas! Junmai Ginjo-shu Snowball
It's not written on the bottle, but it's called Yamahai. It is cloudy, creamy, and has a lactic acid bacteria taste.
It says, "Try it with a highball for a refreshing drink." I drank a lot of it and ran out of the bottle in no time.
Bunraku Reborn Raindrop Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
Raindrop" is an expression of "Ori"? How fashionable is that?
Slightly gassy, sour and sweet, with a green apple aroma.
Drinking it during the rainy season made me feel refreshed!
Koshiro-Nishiki Special Junmai Sake
1,800 yen Mellow aroma of pear or something, great flavor. Smooth and smooth drinking.
When I went to the liquor store, I was told that only 12 bottles were available and they were sharing them only with their regular customers, so I became one of the 12 chosen warriors. Yay!
Junmai Ginjo Spring Sake
I got this as a souvenir from my father. I wonder what kind of mindset a father would have buying sake as a souvenir for his daughter.
It said it had a muscat-like aroma, but it also had a melon feel. It had a gentle ginjo aroma and a spring-like atmosphere.
Junmai Ginjyo Nama-zake
Very juicy!
Smooth and slippery texture on the palate with a good finish. Very enjoyable!
Yamamoto also enjoys reading the blurb on the back label!
EVOKE Junmai Ginjo
Aroma like grapes! The taste is also fruity and stylish!
I trust St. John's to have a fashionable taste.
If I keep drinking it, I'm sure I'll become fashionable too!
