There was a light dusting of oriki. The aroma was strong, lightly acidic and full-bodied.
It was too cold to go out on weekends, so I bought it as if I was going to Tochigi just to buy Houou Mita!

It's not written on the bottle, but it's called Yamahai. It is cloudy, creamy, and has a lactic acid bacteria taste.
It says, "Try it with a highball for a refreshing drink." I drank a lot of it and ran out of the bottle in no time.
