Test brewed sake Gohyakumangoku x Hitomebore x Namaho Junmai Daiginjo It was very good! It's juicy with a citrus aroma, and has a gassy, holy gasiness. The label is too cool - red and black with glitter! I saw it at a liquor store and was attracted to it. But I didn't have the photographic skills to show how cool it is!

SWEET SQUASH I was able to buy Shinkame sake, the pride of Saitama Prefecture residents, in Chiba Prefecture for some reason. Shiboritate Kiyohiraki Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake I think I got this sake in winter, but I made a mistake in storing it and found it at room temperature. I got it in winter, but I mistakenly stored it in the wrong place and unearthed it at room temperature! It had a nice, unexpected fermentation process, and the dairy-like aroma and richness made it a very rich and delicious sake! I'm surprised that this kind of thing can happen. I'll do better in the future.

I thought I would keep this size for an offering, but I drank two of them in the order of the highest to lowest rice polishing ratio. I will offer the other bottle as an offering. I think Gokujo Yoshinogawa is the type of sake that you can easily buy and drink, but I hope the ancestors and the gods will be satisfied with the taste.
