gifts drinking at home A series of local sake that I would not buy for myself I underestimated it. Delicious. I felt it was at a level where I could buy it if I had it. I give it a 6 because it's readily available locally, but it was even better than that. I was drunk, so I won't go into details.

Drinking at home Mochizuki Shoten It tasted simply complex. Delicious! To rephrase, it is simply delicious, but you can taste a lot of different flavors. Sweet but with a strong bitter sharpness. An unquestionable 8 for junmai sake. When I opened it for a couple of hours and drank it, it turned into a red meat melon. Amazing!

Mochizuki Shoten drinking at home Light fruity ginjo aroma! Melon-like, low acidity, but refreshing. Let's put it in the category of classic modern with no sweetness! LOL! You can drink it with gusto! Considering the cosmetic score from 6.5, I'd give it a 7! I'll buy some when I go home to my parents!

Mochizuki Shoten Drinking at home It has been a long time since I was able to purchase this product! Shinshu Kamerei! A taste! The aroma is sweet and cotton candy-like! The taste in the mouth is indescribable, not unlike sake! There is a slight chili sensation! From the indescribable taste, it finishes with spiciness and bitterness from the sweetness. The one and only sake! I think there is a grapefruit aftertaste! It's the best ！！！！ No complaints, 9 points! *Almost a 10, but a 9 leaving open the possibility of encountering something in the future! I have yet to meet a sake that surpasses this one! I want to drink it all, but I want to drink it long and gradually 🍶. On the second day, the chili was completely gone. The taste is unquestionable, but there is no doubt that there are many different flavors right after opening the bottle. But simply good.

Ito Sake Shop drinking at home Acid aroma but I think it is Delicious apple! Sourness is a strong aroma Sweet but good! Delicious apple as per word of mouth with a pineapple feel as it seems to be cel24 yeast, not so much lychee but close to Delicious apple! The sharpness could be good! Pineapple on the nose, Delicious apple on the drink. Bitterness from the acidity and flavor. 8 points! I would buy it if I had nothing else to try! The third day after opening the bottle, I think the pineapple feeling became stronger.

But as I drank it, I also felt that I could drink it endlessly. There is a slight gassy feeling. It seems light, but it is not lacking. Is this Aizan or Kangiku? Gifts drinking at home First Tianbao Ichi! Classic. It had been a while since I felt like I haven't had it recently! I could taste the rice flavor! It has a sake feel to it, which is something I'd like to have but only once in a while! LOL!

drinking at home Hasegawa Sake Shop Received as a souvenir 60%. It had been a long time since I had had Akabu, but it was consistently good! I was drunk that day too, so I can't explain the clear taste, but it is a modern sake for all to drink! 8 points without any complaints!

Drinking at home Kuboyama Sake Shop 50%. Two bottles of nigori in a row. It is also delicious. It is clear and sharp. It is fruity, but not fruity. I would classify Tazake as a modern classic. Laughs... It is a type of sake that can be recommended to everyone. It's not too strong, and it's good. I think I can taste a little edge. I have never had that before. drinking alone Sunflower 60%. It was 18% alcohol! I felt it was strong as it should be! LOL! It has a unique flavor, but it also has a nice sweetness that makes it interesting! I can't be adventurous when drinking at home because the portions are so large, but when I drink outside, I can be adventurous even if it doesn't suit my tastes! There was an interesting kisai called "Tokusen Junmai Aged Nama Sake" (special junmai aged sake)! It is said to be aged in ice temperature. I don't know about the mellow acidity, but I think I understand the expression "clear umami"! 4.5 points I was surprised at the sweetness of this wine when I first started drinking it, but as I got used to it, the sweetness became more pleasant! I don't know if I'm getting used to it or getting drunk! LOL! But it's good!

Camp Drinking Kuboyama Sake Shop 50%. Yes, it's delicious! I honestly can't remember what it tasted like since we drank it to close out the camping trip, but it was a stable Sairai! I drank it with a friend who came with me and we raved about it! No wonder 😎. No complaints. 8.5 points.

drinking at home Kuboyama Sake Shop 50%. The lid flew off when I tried to open the bottle! It is that effervescent! Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a gaseous feeling that makes you think it is carbonated! It wasn't gassy, it was carbonated! The sweetness is much lessened and it's very refreshing! It has a nice sharpness and you can drink as much as you want! Is it freshness like pears? I wonder if it's a lack of habit! I have decided to say this every time I drink Kangiku! You can't go wrong with Kangiku! 8.5 points without any complaints! Impression 2 days after opening the bottle The gassy feeling has decreased but is still there! Also, the sweetness has increased! It's just sharp and drinkable! The aroma is completely pear🍐! Mmmm, delicious! Too delicious!

drinking at home Fukuhara Brewery I had longed for a bottle of Sogapale Efes! When I went to buy another brand, I happened to notice a bottle of No. 4 on a person at the checkout and looked for it! It was Sogapère Ephesus! It was fate! LOL! I felt a sense of sake with the feeling of heat in my throat after drinking it, but it felt like wine, not the sake-like sensation of sake. The taste is also sake, so it is assumed to be sake, but it is like the one and only wine. The aroma has a green apple feeling. I don't feel like I am drinking sake. Also, after leaving it for a couple of weeks, the taste changed and the sweetness became very strong! But it also has a sourness to it, so you can gobble it up! It's a rare find, and if I had it, I would buy it in a heartbeat, 8 points!

Fukuhara Sake Shop drinking at home 80%. First time for a long time, Abe! When the bottle was opened, it smelled like alcohol! But when you drink it, the sake feeling is not so strong, and the moderate acidity makes this another series that you can drink forever. It is difficult to say what it resembles because the fruity feeling is not so strong. These types have a bitter aftertaste, but this one is not that kind of bitter, but has a slight bitterness! This was one of those bottles that I can see why it is so popular! It's not something that you can say, "It's good the moment I drink it! It's not something that makes you want to drink it, but as the label says, it's a great bottle that you will never get tired of drinking! This is a bottle that should have been an 8 from 7.5 points! However, it is over 2,000 yen, so it may be a little lower in terms of cost performance.

Kuboyama Sake Shop home brewing Rice polishing unknown Yeast unknown Birth sake! I think there was a fairly faint chirping sensation the moment it was opened! I thought this is what juicy sake means! I think the word "fruity like a pear" in the reviews is the best description! It goes in smoothly! My wife said it was refreshing, with a light aftertaste, and not too much sake! Delicious, but a little expensive, so I'll give it a 6.5. I gave it a 7 with high expectations for the future! After a week, it doesn't have the chili feeling! It's good if you want a heavy sake feel!
