天才タマゴ
I had this drink in my room on a business trip.
I paired it with sashimi of fresh local fish I bought at a fresh fish store in the Amico specialty store area in front of Tokushima Station, which brought out the best flavor and disappeared beautifully in the aftertaste.
When poured into a glass, it has a soft aroma, and when you take a sip, the flavor fills your mouth just like the name of the wine, "Houjun"!
It is described as slightly dry, but it has a gentle taste.
It was a good value for money at 1,670 yen for a 4-ounce bottle, tax not included.
According to the brewery's website
The brewing rice is "Gin-no-sato," which inherits the characteristics of "Yamadanishiki" while improving its cultivation resistance.
This beautiful sake was born from the brewery's desire to create delicious sake that is not too difficult for customers to obtain,
It is a sake brewery that we want to support. Thank you to L-mnd Tokushima for the recommendation.
