Another bottle today from the #SakeBarGinKura.
It is said that this sake was a favorite at the Nobel Prize dinner party.
I remember it was a very honest sake.
So the commentary in the photo folder is "so-so" (lol).
It was delicious!!! (^O^)

Hiran has suddenly gained a lot of recognition since last year and is the hottest sake in Nagasaki, but it is not as good as Iwate's sake.
Sake is important to have melted snow water and rice.
