天才タマゴ
Junmai Daiginjo made from local sake brewing rice "Hyakumangoku no Shiro".
It has a mellow aroma, great flavor and sharpness. I paired it with yellowtail and radish, and the flavor did not overpower the dish.
I met this sake at a liquor store near Kanazawa station on my way home from a business trip, and thank you to the woman who recommended it to me.
