It's a dry and crisp junmai sake with a very high alcohol content of 18 to 19 degrees. It's not for beginners...but I think it's good 😋. I've been drinking it with octopus sashimi on the side.

It has a subtle ginjo aroma and a smooth dry taste 😚 It has a delicious taste of rice with no harshness and a clean aftertaste 😊I felt it was the perfect sake for a mealtime drink😇.

The last sake we had at Kyoto Stand Kiyo Kiyo was "Toyoyo Junmai Dry Musou" by Mukai Shuzo, also from the Tango region. The rough and powerful label may represent the fishing scene in this area. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the umami flavor and the aroma of rice is crisp and full. Even though it is called "Dry Musou", it has a hint of sweetness, which makes it a delicious cup. It has been a long time since I have had a good drink, and the best part of drinking outside by myself is that I can drink slowly while considering what to drink and what snacks to go with it, while keeping an eye on my pocketbook. I returned home refreshed both mentally and physically. From next time, I will introduce some of the sakes I took at the beginning of the year!

1853 2024/9 Kyo no Haru Junmai Nama Nigori Sake 67% 17° 24/8 A Ine-cho, Kyoto 720 1945 The bottle was warned to be opened with caution, but there was no fizziness at all, and the lees did not move even slightly. The first thing I did was to pour the clear sake into a cup, and even there I did not feel any fizz. But the taste is quite refreshing and delicious. After the second glass, I mixed the lees with the nigoromi (nigori)... Perhaps because the lees is so thick (about a quarter of the lees in stillness), the sake was a little heavy, beyond soft. It might be exquisite if gas were involved...but I kept on drinking. I had the impression that if there was a sense of effervescence... if there was no effervescence, the clear sake would be better.... On the second day, I had the clear sake and light nigori. Since I was enjoying Ine-Manbaike at the same time, I thought it would be good if they were from the same brewery, so I combined the remaining lees with Ine-Manbaike and enjoyed it as a mellow pink sake.

Unfiltered raw sake & Asahi rice for 2,530 yen including tax is a super deal ‼️ It is not so fresh, but has a refreshing mouthfeel with a slight sense of maturity. The rich umami comes in smoothly, and the finish is crisp and tight. I've been wanting to try some nigori sake lately 😆. I saw it in the store yesterday, went to buy it today, and was supposed to open it tomorrow... but I couldn't wait, so I opened it today and drank it 😅! There are many nigorizakes out there, but this one is Junmai! It has a nice crackle and a nice "umami and gentle sweetness" of the rice 😻🎉. Originally I was thinking of the 3x Domu from the same brewery, but I was so taken with the Junmai that I decided to go with this one. I'm not sure if I'd be able to do that, but I'm sure I'd be able to do it.

Sake filled only with Domuro-roasted rice. Slightly effervescent. It has a rich sweetness, but the alcohol taste is a little strong at the end.... The official online store of Endo Sake Brewery is formatted like a mail order site for health foods and supplements 🤣. Maybe it tastes better at higher temperatures? Nutty and caramel type sweetness comes out.

I think it's rare to find unfiltered raw ginjo 🤔. Slightly sweet and nutty. It has a strong sweetness and umami. It's a good combination of modern and classic without feeling like it's been alkaloosoaked. If the label is a little more modern, it will sell well. After 10 days, it became bitter and hard to drink.

Tonight, our first series of impactful jackets here 💁. It's Taxi Driver🚕🚕🚕🚕. It was shipped from the brewery in April this year, but what a H30BY (R0BY) and it's a 5 year aged sake 😆. The aroma of old sake, which also smells like Shaoxing wine, is in full swing from the moment the bottle is opened 🤣. It was served cold, but it is easy to drink because of its acidity. It would be good to drink it warmed up in the fall. ☺️ I wonder if it would go well with Chinese food since it has a Shaoxing sake-like flavor, and I'm going to research how to drink it based on other sakewa reviewers 💪. But it's a very intoxicating drink so I'll stop after one cup 😓.

First drink. Weak fruity feeling that I didn't imagine from the label that has impact. But it is also full. There is a miscellaneous taste (my personal feeling) like the Yamahai brewing style with low rice polishing, but it is a moderate level, so I feel it is unique. It has just the right amount of sweetness to satisfy my preference for sweetness. I enjoyed it with a plate of delicious sashimi (´ω).

I bought it in a trial size because I had an image that it looked peculiar. It has a unique flavor that I've never experienced before😳 It's so good! I loved it the first time I opened the bottle😋. I wanted to keep it to enjoy the change in flavor, but it was gone in one night 🤪. I would buy this in a bigger bottle👍.

I wish I could have a better time with you guys! It's hot again today 😟 so I dared to have a room temperature sake on a hot day 😀 Tschida 99. The aroma is gorgeous and when you drink it, it explodes with super rich flavor and sourness 💣️💥The aftertaste is short and snappy and delicious😙It's like a summer sake with a lot of flavor.

I'll take a small 300ml bottle of Mr. Tsuchida's new sake🙏. It has a fresh taste with the richness and sweetness that only Tsuchida can provide 😆 . The acidity is not so strong, but the flavor is mild and full, and I can't get enough of it...(******)=3 I learned about the appeal of low-fermentation sake from Macho and Tsuchida's Gunma sake ☺️. I knew it, but I should have bought a big bottle (^_^;) I'm working night shift tomorrow, I'll do my best 💪.

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. It didn't match well with the grilled chicken, but I think it will swell up with time, so I'll leave it for a while. It's quite a unique sake, and I don't dislike it!

I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness. I think it is best to drink it with fish dishes, which is a standard white wine. Since it is winter from now on, yellowtail and radish would be delicious. I, of course, drink it only with sake.
