Rich, mouthfeel
It is a sweet type, but the far and spreading umami and bitterness
It was delicious and matched well with food.
It became mellow and mild when heated to lukewarm and I could enjoy it with ease 😁.
I am interested in the history of sake only when I taste Bodaihashi.

You can feel the sweetness of the rice on the palate, but you can also taste the umami 💕Yumai 💕
Then I tried heating it up to lukewarm💕
The aroma has more sweetness💕
When warmed up to lukewarm, it tastes more pungent than sweet💕.
It's also interesting to taste the different flavors 👍
