Saku 13 Breweries series after a long time. 7th brewery and finally the turnaround point. It was purchased at the souvenir shop at Saku-Heira station.
The label says "brewing water" and it looks like they are particular about water. It is said that the water around here is soft water, and it becomes hard water a little further north near Mt.
Perhaps that is why it has a mildly sweet and spicy taste. The sweetness comes at first, but as you continue drinking, a pleasant bitterness emerges.
I looked at the online store and found that there is a Keio-approved brand, which is interesting.
