The first saké of the new year is from Hirosaki!

YOMOYAMA NAGANO in Osaka ⑱.
The Mushinzo and Kikuhide booths.
At the Tachibanakura Shuzo booth, there was a brewer I spoke with at the Hankyu event, so I spoke to him. He recognized me and remembered me.
The brewery's amazake Premium.
It has a refreshing taste with a hint of sourness and sweetness. The cup still had some bumps, which I thought was a waste.
I introduced myself as the brewer who is in charge of the production of amazake and said hello.

Nagano business trip Part ⑯
When I went to explore Saku City, I went to Tachibanakura Sake Brewery in Saku City to buy some 🚗³₃✨😊😊I chose a fire-aged Mutenka Junmai Ginjo because the raw sake was overwhelming my refrigerator 😀.
The aroma is not too strong 🤔In the mouth, the delicious taste of the rice 🌾 spreads softly 😊It has a good balance with the fresh acidity 😚👍The 4th picture is with the carp 🐟 fried with umani from Saku city which I also bought 😋It was a good collaboration in Saku city. 🙆♀️ ̖́-
Aged Sake. As the name suggests, the aroma of the barrels is amazing! Is the aroma already edible? It is about as oaky as it gets! (I mean that as a compliment.)
I think it is one of the pleasures to enjoy the aroma, but it goes really well with strong-flavored snacks.
Going back a bit from my trip to Kochi, I bought a bottle of Tachibanakura Shuzo's Kikuhide in Saku during GW and drank it at home. The color is a little yellowish, like an old-fashioned sake. It has a soft mouthfeel, but the dryness comes gradually and firmly.
Purchased at Traveling SAKE
Sparkling with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
It is very sweet and sour. The flavor is a little bit peculiar, but it's delicious.
