One day when I was about to take a rest day, my colleague came to me with a bottle of sea urchin. ‼️
My colleague's wife's father is a kelp & sea urchin fisherman! Great 😆I have no choice but to drink it 😁.
The drink was also a souvenir from my boss's trip to the Chugoku region 📦️
I've only had Gozenshu and Kamishin for Okayama sake so I was looking forward to it 🎵.
It has a nice firm umami and a good acidity of arabashiri 😋 It was delicious~ ✌️
We had a lot of sake from my coworkers 😅
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Sake 😃.
What is it? Plenty of delicious looking sea urchins 😍.
I can't help but drink this stuff 😋😋It's also nice to see snow in Okayama in Hokkaido where it's starting to snow 🤗But...Undan sea urchin 🤩I'm jealous!
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Liquor😃Bahoon sea urchin is already open for business without resting the liver 😆 Moreover, 250㎖ is definitely not enough 🤣.
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃!
It's perfect for the snowy season 🎵It's such a brand name, but I wonder if snow accumulates in Okayama prefecture too 🤔My kids have learned to taste sea urchin and are afraid to go to sushi restaurants 😱.
Good morning, Takku0103 😃.
You are right, I couldn't stop with this one bottle and opened other sake as well 😅It was supposed to be a rest day but I turned it around 😜 Sometimes my colleagues bring me sea urchin from sea water and it's so good I can't stop roaring 😋.
Good morning, Manachy 😃.
Even if I get gout, I'll keep eating sea urchin and drinking 👍I've never had gout, so I can say this, but I hear it's really painful and bad 😨.
🌾Asahi rice from Okayama Prefecture 🅰️17 degrees
It is purchased at Heisuiken in Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. It is slightly cloudy because it has not been pressed yet. The taste is sharp rather than rough. I want to drink it again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It tasted like Shaoxing wine, "sticky but not sweet, but not sharp", which I didn't like. It's a shame to end the day with this, but if I drink any more, I'll be out of here...!
Local Kurashiki sake. It is quite dry, or rather, the alcohol content is tight, and the acidity is strong. It has a wild taste and tastes like nambanzuke. It seems to go well with vinegared food and sashimi.
