I bought it at a sake brewery when I visited Kurashiki at the end of September. I did not know that there was a sake brewery in the Bikan Historical Quarter, so I was led into the store. I was asked about my taste in sake, and this is what was recommended to me. The aroma spread from the moment the sake was poured into the cup, the taste was full and thick with rice flavor, and the dry sake disappeared quickly and easily. The 500mL bottle size can be consumed in one sitting, which is just the right size for a sake that changes its flavor as time goes by.

I received this as a souvenir from a trip to Kurashiki 😆. It had a unique taste, but it became easier to drink as the day went by than the first day the bottle was opened. Personally, I enjoyed it. The brewery is located in Kurashiki's Bikan Historical Quarter 🫶. Label: 🏷️ Low difficulty😍. It's glued on so it's easy to peel off if you soak it in hot water Where to buy it:I got it as a gift💕

When I was in college, a sake-loving professor recommended this bottle to me. It is dry and has a rich taste. I really like the kick that a dry sake gives when it goes down your throat... ⌯́́⌯̀⌯́⌯̀⌯₎. It's been a while since I've had it 🥰. I guess I like dry sake after all.

I bought this sake when I was in Kurashiki. I was surprised at how smooth and smooth it tastes... I was also surprised at the dry but full-bodied taste. I was not a fan of Aragashiri, but I found it to be a delicious sake!

Rough-run but un-squeezed? Collected only at the beginning of the bag hanging? Very thick! Surprisingly dark! It's dry and super mellow 🍶😁. It's very high in alcohol content so you'll get drunk very quickly 😅😅

Junmai Ginjo Arahashiri, I tasted it at a brewery in Kurashiki and bought it because it was delicious! It is said to be a raw sake. It is very easy to drink.

Of all the sake I encountered in Okayama Kurashiki, this was the best and cheapest. In the Bikan Historical Quarter, the price is based on the souvenir price, but this is a very everyday price. It was dark but not sweet, very mellow and dry, with a fizzy, bubbly taste, and none of the unpleasantness of aluzochu. The brewer explained a lot about it to us. I learned a lot. Thank you very much 😄. The person in charge personally recommended this as the best, and it was indeed the best.

Bicchu tasted a sake from Kurashiki. The taste was more refreshing and refined than I remembered from my previous tasting. It was a very tasty sake with a rough but cool flavor.

One day when I was about to take a rest day, my colleague came to me with a bottle of sea urchin. ‼️ My colleague's wife's father is a kelp & sea urchin fisherman! Great 😆I have no choice but to drink it 😁. The drink was also a souvenir from my boss's trip to the Chugoku region 📦️ I've only had Gozenshu and Kamishin for Okayama sake so I was looking forward to it 🎵. It has a nice firm umami and a good acidity of arabashiri 😋 It was delicious~ ✌️ We had a lot of sake from my coworkers 😅
