It's hard to find such a fruity and pungent taste in a junmai sake!
If junmai sake is this good, I wonder what will happen to ginjo and daiginjo!
It seems that it is only sold at stores in the Kamikawa area, so I really want to buy some to take home!
We had Junmai-shu at the cafe attached to the campground!
It was delicious!
The taste is fruity and slightly sweet with a slight sweetness from the 70% polished rice, and the bitter taste spreads together with the sourness, and the alcohol through the nose is also refreshing.
This is also a gift. This sake is limited to Kamikawa-cho. Kamikawa has three types of sake: junmai, junmai ginjo, and junmai daiginjo, but I think this one is my favorite because it has the best balance of aroma and sake flavor.
