This is the first time I've bought bamboo island since the new system was put in place. According to the official website of the Japan Famous Sake Association, the rice is Nihonbare and Yamadanishiki. The lees are submerged and when mixed, it is slightly effervescent and petite. Slightly sweet and bitter. I wonder if it is better to drink it while it has gas? Once the gas is gone, the bitterness will make it hard to drink ð€. OSAKA-JO SAKE SQUARE 2023 It is a very crisp, dry, deep-flavored Ajiginjo. The aroma is subtle. The mellowness is more apparent in junmai sake. This is also a good sake. Hakone Drink Comparison Set (2) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. It was my first time to try Hakonezan! This is the spiciest sake in the group. It is a dry ginjo-shu as you might imagine, but it is moderately rich and very good as a mid-meal drink. Of course, it goes well with ingredients as they are, but it also goes well with dishes that have been added, such as those using dashi (Japanese soup stock)!

Today is Valentine's Day!ð©ââ€ïžâðš This Sake paired very well with the filet mignon I prepared for my wife. There is a full mouth feel with umami. There is a light smoke flavor and wood. The aftertaste is short.
I bought it because the production date was a year ago and it was priced at 1,000 yen. It is said to be a sake made for meat dishes like steak, but first I tried it by itself. There was no cloying taste, and the taste was pure and not particularly pretentious. The sweetness tends to be hidden, and perhaps because of the high alcohol content, it tastes a bit muddy afterwards. If you drink it slowly, you can taste the umami of the rice, and it is quite a good sake. However, it is a bit strong on its own, so it is best to drink it with the sweetness of fat from grilled meat.
