Today I opened another cup of Kamotsuru cup that I bought on my business trip to Hiroshima 😀.
The aroma is mild😊and the mouthfeel is soft, with a mild sweetness and a strong sense of rice flavor and sweetness 😚 It is a delicious traditional sake with a sharp aftertaste 🥳.

After the beer, we drank Kamotsuru with Hiya.
The aroma has a strong alcohol feeling, but the taste is soft and refreshing. However, the sweetness, umami and sourness were not felt so much, and there was no depth.
