The aroma is subdued. ❗️ The taste is very umami 👍. The aftertaste is clean and you won't get tired of drinking it. It's a sake that you can keep drinking 😅. It's not a modern taste, but it's a perfect food sake type 😅❗️ I paired it with my favorite mackerel sushi from Kyoto. It went great with my favorite mackerel sushi from Kyoto 👍. No wonder it is popular in restaurants in Tokyo these days. ❗️

A friend of mine said that if he had come all the way to Toyama, he would have had a variety of both Katsikoma and Haneya, but Hayashi had never had them. We compared two types of sake rice, Gohyakumangoku and Dewanosato. Both were to his liking, but the Dewa-no-sato was more acidic and better. I recommended it to him and told him that Koyama Shoten also sold it 😄.

🚢. The nice thing about tastings is that you can drink things that you might not think to buy in a four-pack. I don't often drink super dry, so I'll take this one since I'm in the mood for it. Since I've been drinking sweet sake so far, the dry sake makes me feel "kyuu" in my hungry stomach that hasn't had lunch😅. I wonder if it goes well with sashimi?

I bought some sushi with my favorite boiled conger eel besides western style snacks at the department store.... I opened the bottle thinking it would go well with this dry sake... ^ ^ The aroma is of rice with a harsh taste ⁈It's hard to describe σ(^_^;) It has a dry and sharp taste, but I thought it didn't go well with the sweet sauce of conger eel (T . Closing out the drinks we had last weekend 😆. Smell good 😌. The Mikotsuru was quite rich and sweet, so I felt a lot of sourness when I took a sip 😳. The more I drank, the more umami and the sourness and aliveness were also good 👍 I can feel the strong aroma of the barrels! Is this a dry wine? and Nobby Well, I guess it's umakuchi. It is labeled 18 degrees, but you don't feel it. I thought it would have been better if it was warmed up to lukewarm 🤔 I thought so later, but I finished it before I realized it 😆. But I drank a little too much from Thursday to the weekend 😓. I'll enjoy a quiet rest day for the first half of this week 😮💨.

Tonight, I'm opening a bottle of the first bottle of Masamune instrument for the weekend dinner because it's so good it's about to run out 💁. Shikishima Light Nigori Nama Sake 2022BY Back on the nigori road a bit, but again it's almost a year old 😅. When I opened the bottle, I could hear the gas escaping with a nice sound. The aroma is mainly chemically aromatic, with a hint of greffle skin and a little bit of maturity. The mouthfeel changes from sourness and citrus bitterness to bitterness, umami, and spiciness. The alcohol content is 18%, so it has quite a punch, but the sweetness and umami from the aging process gives the impression that it is more rounded. It's good that the lees are so cloudy and the umami and richness is so much better 😊.

I've known the name for a while, but this is my first time drinking it. The rice is 100% Shukumei. It's fruity at first, but at the end, it hits you hard. It was easier to drink Gohyakumangoku, a special junmai, but I thought it had a common taste and passed it up. This one has more character. It is fruity and dry.

First Fushimi sake after debuting at Sake-no-wa! It's been a while since we went to Kyoto, so we decided to buy a bottle of Fushimi sake. The first time I took it out of the refrigerator, I had the impression that it was too alcoholic to be good for me😑. However, as the temperature gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness increases and it's nice 😳 It's mellow and easy to drink like Fushimi sake. It's delicious! This is a sake that should not be chilled, but lukewarm heating might be good too🤔. I'm so glad I bought it in the end ☺️.

A fellow triathlete was at Daimaru in Kyoto, A triathlete friend of mine was at Daimaru in Kyoto and bought it on the recommendation of the clerk. He asked me to come over to his house to drink it 🍾. If we're going to drink, let's practice first ⤴︎ So 🏊&🚲&🏃♂️ practice and then party 🍻. It's aged well and colored perfectly ✨. But I can say with certainty that it's not something you can just slurp down on a tired body, I'm sure it's not something you can just chug down 🤣. Best to drink it dry 😅.

The rice used is "Yamadanishiki", "Miyamanishiki" and "Gohyakumangoku". Is this the first time for Fuji Takasago? It's definitely dry, but it's not like a +10. It is soft on the palate, light and refreshing, but with a solid flavor. There is a sweetness behind the spiciness. The finish is crisp and clean, and goes away quickly. This is a good sake to drink during meals, and a very good sake for everyday drinking!
