Closing out the drinks we had last weekend 😆. Smell good 😌. The Mikotsuru was quite rich and sweet, so I felt a lot of sourness when I took a sip 😳. The more I drank, the more umami and the sourness and aliveness were also good 👍 I can feel the strong aroma of the barrels! Is this a dry wine? and Nobby Well, I guess it's umakuchi. It is labeled 18 degrees, but you don't feel it. I thought it would have been better if it was warmed up to lukewarm 🤔 I thought so later, but I finished it before I realized it 😆. Tonight, I'm opening a bottle of the first bottle of Masamune instrument for the weekend dinner because it's so good it's about to run out 💁. Shikishima Light Nigori Nama Sake 2022BY Back on the nigori road a bit, but again it's almost a year old 😅. When I opened the bottle, I could hear the gas escaping with a nice sound. The aroma is mainly chemically aromatic, with a hint of greffle skin and a little bit of maturity. The mouthfeel changes from sourness and citrus bitterness to bitterness, umami, and spiciness. The alcohol content is 18%, so it has quite a punch, but the sweetness and umami from the aging process gives the impression that it is more rounded. It's good that the lees are so cloudy and the umami and richness is so much better 😊.

A friend of mine said that if he had come all the way to Toyama, he would have had a variety of both Katsikoma and Haneya, but Hayashi had never had them. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.

I thought, "I have no choice but to buy it! I want to cherish my good luck! I took it home and opened the bottle, thinking I would drink it as it was cold there. No blowout. First, the supernatant. I could feel some acidity. After that, I stirred it well, poured it into a glass, and drank it! It is sweet! As soon as you think that, it goes from dry to sharp. And then the four-pack was gone.

While the children were away, my wife and I made a hasty decision to go out for a short visit to Narita-san. I am not sure if we visited Mt. Narita on the way to the shrine or on the way to Mt. Narita...but at any rate, the 800-meter-long approach to the shrine is lined with stores of various sizes, making our hearts dance.
