Rice used is Miyamanishiki I didn't find it too harsh, but my partner, who prefers a gorgeous sweet taste, found it too much for his palate. A friend of mine said that if he had come all the way to Toyama, he would have had a variety of both Katsikoma and Haneya, but Hayashi had never had them. We compared two types of sake rice, Gohyakumangoku and Dewanosato. Both were to his liking, but the Dewa-no-sato was more acidic and better. Dokure Hiyoshi Oroshi Junmai Ginjo Shimanto River Headwaters Cave Enclosure. The aroma is a mild iso-type aroma that is a bit hard, but it seems to spread with air. The pleasantly smooth nose is followed by a strong acidity and umami, which leaves a strong impact in the mouth. The hints of bitterness and calmness in the back of the aroma are also to my liking. I thought, "I have no choice but to buy it! I want to cherish my good luck! I took it home and opened the bottle, thinking I would drink it as it was cold there. No blowout. First, the supernatant. (The best way to get the most out of this product is to visit 🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought this at a liquor store on my way back from a visit to a grave in Fukui Prefecture 🙋I bought it because it was reviewed on youtube by Ishikawa's world famous Hoshitaro. I took it out of the fridge and opened the bottle. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but it's a good thing. The flavor of the rice and the pleasant acidity. When the temperature is raised, the flavor and acidity are more assertive than right after opening the bottle. It says that it goes well with Japanese cuisine, and I think this is true. It is a good food sake that does not interfere with food. Sari seems to go well with rice crispy rice 😀.
