I bought this one at Kimura Sake Brewery after hesitating between it and Daishinshu. I have had Toko before, but this was my first time to try Yong. The top aroma is mild but fruity. As the introduction of Shusen-do Horikazu says, it does have a hint of cherries, doesn't it? It is dry and fresh with a moderate sweetness. A little citrusy? Sharp dry sake.
