Closing out the drinks we had last weekend 😆.
Smell good 😌.
The Mikotsuru was quite rich and sweet, so I felt a lot of sourness when I took a sip 😳.
The more I drank, the more umami and the sourness and aliveness were also good 👍
I can feel the strong aroma of the barrels! Is this a dry wine? and Nobby
Well, I guess it's umakuchi.
It is labeled 18 degrees, but you don't feel it.
I thought it would have been better if it was warmed up to lukewarm 🤔 I thought so later, but I finished it before I realized it 😆.
But I drank a little too much from Thursday to the weekend 😓.
I'll enjoy a quiet rest day for the first half of this week 😮💨.
