This one was given to me in return for sake I sent to my boss, and it's my first Fukuoka Prefecture sake! I didn't know what to choose when it came to Fukuoka sake, so I'm very grateful to be able to drink it in this form! It is a well-balanced and delicious sake. The most wonderful thing about this sake is that it is fire-aged, so it is hard to lose this flavor. It tastes great even after a few days. Although there is sweetness, it does not bother you too much because the main flavor is umami. What is this feeling of being able to drink without getting tired of it? It is not so much sourness, bitterness, or astringency, and it is strange that it is smooth but somehow deep and earthy. Actually, I forgot to post this post after drinking it, but I had this one for New Year's Day. This kind of aromatic and light sake was definitely a good match for Japanese dishes like Osechi. My first Fukuoka sake was a simple and good sake.

Hiduyoshi received as a souvenir from a New Year's party I have an image that Hideshiyoshi tastes better a few days after opening the bottle, and this one is no exception! It tasted hard and so-so right after opening the bottle, but after 3-4 days, the impression changed completely. From the flat taste of the past, a clear acidity has opened up along with a savoriness that comes in a jolt, and the dry base has been covered by the savoriness and acidity. The flavor is now fuller and more vibrant, and it's ah~ delicious! Yes, this is it! This is what I mean! Thank you very much for the sake!

The last of the three drinks is here 🍶. Harada Junmai Ginjo Hal Araubashiri The aroma of wood like cedar, the strong aroma of rice, the soft umami, and the gentle aftertaste. Purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival. It has a nice tropical fruit-like sweetness and flavor with a tangy, slightly effervescent taste. Finishes with bitterness. I've rarely had Harada, but I'd like to try more. Even after a few days, it still has a gaseous taste, but the bitterness is more pronounced than when it is freshly opened.

[Kagataya hanpukai 2021⑧] The last bottle of the 4-month-long hanpukai was a special order of the first Niseko ☺️The rice used was Comet. It was the only one out of the 8 bottles in this hanpukai that was delivered at room temperature. It's the only one out of 8 that was delivered at room temperature. The aroma is gourd-like🥒The alcohol content is 17 degrees, which is a little high, but it feels more like alcohol and has a punchy taste. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but I'm sure it's a good thing. This is how I completed my hanpukai 😆. I was a little nervous about buying two bottles of sake every month, but the brands were so gorgeous and I'm so glad I joined as a result❗.
