Nagano sake is delicious 🍶, and my favorite Shinshu Kamerei and Hitogokochi are my favorites. .... Fruity aroma, sweetness of rice, good bitterness in the aftertaste, and a nice sharpness! This is a special Junmai Nama Genshu with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. First of all, the fruity ginjo aroma that is typical of freshly squeezed sake is a nice touch.
