I had bought it about 7 years ago and I remembered how delicious it was😁. This is the first time I've seen it in a while at Ikebukuro Seibu, so I was nostalgic and bought it. The sake rice is Gin-no-sato, developed by the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences for western Japan. This is the third bottle of sake rice research. We were careful to open the bottle.
