キラタソ
Tonight, we have a first in the series, this one from the Higashitsuru Sake Brewery in Saga Prefecture.
It seems to be a 🌸🍶 spring sake, but I'll have it in delay mode as usual😅.
From the opening of the bottle, it has a gorgeous acidity and a nice greenish pineapple aroma 🍍☺️
The top clear layer is sweet and acidic and juicy, but the second half is characterized by bitterness, making it easy to drink 😋.
The sake rice is different, but I think the quality is similar to that of Hana-yosuyu. Saga still has a lot of good sake 🥳.
