Nagano sake is delicious 🍶, and my favorite Shinshu Kamerei and Hitogokochi are my favorites. .... Fruity aroma, sweetness of rice, good bitterness in the aftertaste, and a nice sharpness! Nothing to say about it, roast pork and local edamame (edamame is in season) to go with it. .... Next time, I'd like to pair it with Shinshu soba noodles...

Good evening, brother 😊 Nice to meet you. I too like Shinshu Kamerei "Hitogokochi" the best. I drank a blue 🟦 bottle of "Hitogochi" last year in summer and it was so good that I want to buy it again this year 😄.
