The rice used is Hyogo Yume Nishiki, the grandson of Yamada Nishiki.
Sake with a calm, umami taste
The sweetness is more impressive when it is not too chilled.
It is a good food sake. ‼️
☀️
Masamune hunters go today🍶.
I saw Pekka Ru's post about the end of sales soon, so I rushed to mail order it 🤩.
I bought the "Junmai Daiginjo + Kagamibiraki set" on the grounds that it was a commemoration of the end of sales 🙄.
Everyone, please be aware that drunken mail order is dangerous 😅 because it makes you feel big and it's dangerous ⚠️
It's sake 🍶.
It has a light amber color 🟡.
It is thin but mildly sweet, with the aftertaste of alcohol sensation often found in classics.
It has a thick flavor and seems to be quite drinkable, but it seems to have a refreshing clean finish, perhaps due to the alcohol sensation at the end.
As the temperature rises, the alcohol feeling in the aftertaste disappears. 🤔
I remember that the description says "recommended temperature range is 15 degrees Celsius" and this temperature range seems to be a more modern sake.
As I was drinking it, I was like "Oh, I see" 😆.
I haven't tried the Kagamibiraki set, but I hope one day it will come into play 🙏.
It's a shame that Daikoku Masamune will be discontinued 😢.
Thanks for everything you've done, Daikoku Masamune😭
Nice Masamune👍
Good evening, Hiro-san.
I'm very sorry to interrupt you, but I think that the sake that Pekkaaru-san posted is no longer available for sale, but Daikoku Masamune itself will continue to be available for drinking 🤗.
Good evening, Mr. Masamune Hunter!
Set! That's too good!
Mr. Hunter, bouken is right. I think the end of sale is "Seasonal Ginjo Shiboritate". Please keep the "Nice Masamune👍" coming!
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
Thanks for the don't-my-masamune 😭
(Drunken + mail order) ✖️ early = Kagamibiraki set
is sitting in the corner of the room.
I'd like to make it active in Kagamibiraki someday 😆.
Hi Hiro, good evening 🦉.
I like this set 😆👍Will you be able to open it when you get the Masamune comp? Looking forward to it😊.
I'm glad you didn't lose Masamune 😊Nice Masamune👍
Hi Pon, good evening 🌙.
Thanks for the follow 😭
When I get my Masamune comp, I'm going to open the mirror with all my might 😤 and smash it while shouting "Nice Masamune 👍" 🤩.
I went on holiday~!
I bought a bottle of this one, which will soon be sold out.
It smells great!
It comes into your mouth moistly.
It has a fruity flavor, but I can taste a bitterness that I have recently learned.
The bitterness lingers for a while and then slowly wears off.
I was impressed by the sake called "Beef and Teppan" that I had at the restaurant before.
Next time I will try that one!
I would like to buy a bottle.
Good morning, Pekka Ru 😃.
I bought it online after reading your comment that it will be sold out soon. As a Masamune hunter, I will miss it, but I will enjoy Daikoku Masamune 😄.
Good morning, Hiro-san!
I am familiar with your activities as a "Masamune Hunter"!
There are so many different kinds of Masamune out there!
I look forward to seeing more from you!
This sake has already been discontinued.
It seems to have been stored at room temperature for several years and has an amberish color.
Personally, I found the aftertaste to be brown sugar-like sweetness. It was delicious!
I bought this when I went on a sake brewery tour in Nada.
It has an unusual and cute label.
It is a little spicy sake that does not match the label, but it is easy to drink.
When I visited Yasufuku Matashiro Shoten in November, they were preparing a shipment of freshly made sake, so I bought it without hesitation: ☝️
It is a heavy dry sake with a mellow taste, typical of Nada sake.
You can never go wrong with sake from this brewery 😊.
I had tasted it six months ago.
My impression at the time was, "It's like eating beef cooked on a griddle."
I really thought so after drinking the drink...
I think I was pulled in by the name (laughs).
It is said to be aged at a low temperature for more than three years.
It has a mellow texture.
I had it with some reasonable croquettes.
It is true that it goes well with croquettes!
It would be delicious with steak or yakiniku (grilled meat).
