Jacket purchase. It was my first time to check out the yeast Giovanni, and I was also curious about the koji, Reimei Hiraizumi.
I wondered if it had a strong alcohol taste and a weak junmai taste. But as it cools down, it gives the impression of a strong sweetness that spreads quickly in the mouth. It may not be good for those who like dry sake. I don't like the alcohol taste or the attack of the alcohol...

◉Sakuraface Special Junmai
Sakuraface Special Junmai is made from Ginotome sake rice. It has a soft mouthfeel, but the flavor is rich, dark, sweet and delicious, quite to my liking.
Bouken-san told me he had had it at the Keihan Department Store in Camphor, and I was too drunk to recognize it at the time. I was too drunk to recognize it at the time, but I do remember sending a picture of it at Keihan in Camphor to the group line. I didn't buy or drink it, but I wish I had.
