Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai
I could not forget to participate this year: ‼️
Rice used is unknown
Juicy and soft on the palate.
The richness is low-pasteurized, which I like.
The aftertaste is moderately bitter, which is also good. ❣️
Adult School Trip to Michinoku #8
Now, the second restaurant with a wide lineup of alcoholic beverages
Continuing with the stores
Next is a strange and long one that I chose because of its name
(Viktor-nage kara no jujigatame) #5
It seems that the name was given by a brewer who used to wrestle 😁.
What a name!
It's dry and tasty as usual!
And after that, they drank Amami Banshu Aizan,
I don't remember, but #6
Well, let's go next time: ⁉️
The impact of the label w the name. The brewer was doing mixed martial arts! Anyway, the fresh gasiness is perfect for summer. The sake is seriously good.
The third event is WANTED by the right to invade Ukraine🇺🇦?
I thought it was the blindfolded man.
I looked it up and found it was a sake made by Mr. Kikumori, the man who made Taxi Driver 🍶.
Sake with a hint of nigori
A good balance of sweetness and sourness.
I'll post it together with the rare sake I've never seen before, from the front and the back!
Mr. Wankodawan carefully took pictures of each bottle, so I'm reviewing them now!
the knowledge of the brewery
The label on the back of the bottle helpfully explains that the name of the sake is "Viktor-nage kara no jujigatame," which is the name of a technique that our brewer used to win a fight when he was a mixed martial arts fighter.
It has a soft mouthfeel, and is very much like a nigori sake. It has a quiet and quiet demeanor. It has a sweet and sour taste, and a light feeling.
One of the three bottles I bought from the crowd-funding.
They call it "Hitachinobori".
It's a sake made to pray for the revival of the Su-min Festival at Kuroishiji Temple in Oshu City (formerly Mizusawa City), which was cancelled due to the Corona disaster.
I've only heard rumors about the festival, but the picture on the label gives you an idea of how hot the festival was.
The taste is rich and sweet with a strong grassy miscellaneous flavor that is typical of Kikumori.
You can taste and drink it while rolling it around on your tongue.
It is not sticky, so you can drink it without getting bored.
You can feel the spirit of the brewer in this bottle.
Cheers to the revival of the Sominsai next year, and here's to hoping it's the first and last bottle!
A bottle of sake arrived from Iwate.
It was from a crowdfunding campaign to raise money to rebuild a brewery that was destroyed by the earthquake and snow.
One of the three bottles that the taxi driver bought because he didn't want to be unable to drink it anymore.
It is full of miscellaneous flavors reminiscent of Taxi Driver.
In addition, it has a fresh sweetness and a strong acidity.
The cherry flavors are there, but the overwhelmingly weedy flavors won't be lost on bonito sashimi or fried liver.
It's not that it goes well with everything, but it just doesn't lose!
I like strong sake that asserts itself strongly.
